Property was as described and included all listed amenities. Everything was clean and well-kept, including the pool area. An excellent property and location for the price.

We were so impressed with this accommodation and the host. The unit has been barely used so is in great condition and as good as new. The pool was very well heated and a nice mix of outdoor furniture. The bedroom bed was very comfortable. One mini split A/C in the living room and one in the bedroom made the indoor temp very comfortable. We walked to Sun N Fun and rented bikes for $30/week each to get around the full island to avoid the 3-6pm northbound rush hour. It turns a half hour car ride into a 5 minute bike ride to Lah de Dah, which was excellent, and so was Coste restaurant. All appliances including laundry machines were excellent and brand new. The beach equipment was perfect and plenty available for the unit. Our host was very responsive and accommodating every time we reached out with questions. Thank you and we hope to be back again!

It was a wonderful stay. It’s a beautiful house with everything included for what you need to have a great stay. Agata is a great person and takes care of all details so that her guests feel at home. We would be delighted to go back soon, and it will surely be in this house. Everything in this house is amazing.

Liv's place was a lovely spot for our family Christmas vacation - close to the beach, walkable to some great bars and restaurants and really well stocked with everything you could need. We loved taking the bikes down to the beach and using the outdoor space to chill in the evenings. Liv was also a fantastic host - there were a few issues with the pool heater/some of the outdoor equipment when we first arrived, but she was super communicative and worked to get them quickly resolved (even over Christmas!) which we massively appreciated. Thank you!

The Palm View unit was great. Everything was just like the pictures. Communication was fabulous. I prefer to be a little closer to the ocean with a view but it was a short walk. The bikes were a great addition and we enjoyed the outdoor lounging space. Shared laundry was free which was nice.

If you are looking for a home on the canal with boating access and a heated private pool this place is perfect. The pool was warm and inviting, my kids caught little fish off the dock. We tied our boat up to the seawall and it was great to have it so close to us. We explored the area by boat and went shelling on Kice Island. Perfect size house for my family of 6. Lots of things you would want for a beach vacation but couldn’t necessarily pack on a plane like bikes and beach toys, bait buckets etc. the home is thoughtfully stocked and it seems like the host really wants you to enjoy your stay. There is a noise ordinance on Marco Island, I would look into that for first time travelers to the area. One fabulous dinner we had was at Kane Tiki Bar and Grill at the Marriott, it’s pretty close by (driving), you can sit with your feet in the sand and the kids can play on the beach where you can see them if they get antsy, it was paradise.

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

Cute Condo great location. Clean and great amenities. Walking distance to many restaurants! Driving or quick uber ride to beach.

We had an amazing time at Patty’s house. She was extremely flexible with our check-in time and was very responsive. We loved how spacious the house was for 5 people, and all the beach supplies that were available to us. We will definitely be back!
