Javier's kindness and helpfulness were exceptional, and made our experience much more enjoyable. The loft has all the necessary amenities (all kitchen utensils, blankets, appliances, personal hygiene) and extras that give a plus to the stay, although it is much more comfortable for people who arrive by car, I recommend it 100% I would return to the place a thousand times.

The house is very nice, it is full of details and good design. You stay in the back with the right to a private patio with beautiful vegetation and parking. There are a number of rules that are good to check before booking. The host was very friendly and communication was always prompt, with very clear directions for check-in and check-out. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful to rest. Thanks Tania!

A very good experience, the place had all the amenities and was very clean, it even had a hairdryer and a kettle to make tea or coffee. He even left us a welcome note, an act that shows a great welcome. We went with our little dog and never had a problem. There was plenty of space around for it to walk and do its business.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a car and the location was good. The view from the terrace is great.

Beautiful apartment, with all amenities. Spectacular terrace and windows overlooking the Pacific. The only thing to note that access to the beach is not as easy as it seems, they are very steep climbs. It is best to get off in a car and leave it parked on the street. Just that, for the next tenants to take into account. Thank you Lucia for everything!

The apartment is just as advertised, it has everything you need for a good stay, Eileen is a 7, very nice and helpful, she answers any questions quickly.

The apartment is very well equipped, you have everything, even board games and a coffee maker, everything was impeccable. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 girls, and we were very comfortable, the 2 bathrooms are a plus.

Great stay at Luis is home. Located in a safe environment walking distance to the dunes and big supermarket. Couldn’t fault the property or Luis, he had fast responses he and ensured we had a good, comfortable stay.

My stay was wonderful, the apartment was extremely impeccable and with an excellent aroma. The view is spectacular. I would book with Ximena again without thinking about it. I 100% recommend it

Cesar's apartment is excellent, the amenities, the view is exceptional!! Beachfront, at night seeing the lights of Valparaíso is charming, the sunsets are wonderful, all this can be seen from the balcony terrace that is spacious, comfortable, equipped with armchairs, a table with chairs that allowed us to have breakfast overlooking the sea, enjoyable sunsets and as a plus a grill where we had a barbecue! The area where it is located is privileged, near downtown Reñaca, but far enough away not to hear the noise from the place. The apartment is very well-equipped. César is a host who is always attentive to any need, super friendly. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to concon for many years and I was so impressed with remys location. Very clean, close to the sand dunes and other restaurants. He was very responsive when I had any questions. This area has definitely gotten popular since the new renovations in the area. I highly recommend staying in Concón!

We loved staying at Tommas’s beautiful apartment. It is so comfortable with glorious views over the bay. Tommas was so responsive and helpful with suggestions of restaurants and where to buy food. There is a great cafe just by the entrance for breakfasts and salads. Also go down on the funicular to Jumbo the supermarket. We wish we could have stayed longer. Next time!
