Very convenient, only ten minutes walk from Budva Old Town, parking is downstairs, free parking, you can see the ocean view from the balcony, shopping mall nearby, the room is very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is also large, the whole is very satisfied, my parents love this house!

Ivana was a great host, providing lots of help and information about the activities we had planned, giving us insider knowledge on top! The place itself was very nice, clean, and tidy, making it easy to settle in. Ivana was very responsive with info as and when we requested it - Overall, Ivana is a fantastic host- highly recommended!!

The cabin was exactly as described and photographed. It has everything and even more, everything is very clean and beautiful, pleasant atmosphere. Outside there is a table with an umbrella, as well as everything for cooking on the grill. In the small garden there are beautiful palm trees, olives, kiwi, various plants and the most fragrant lemon, which we were allowed to tear for refreshing water and tea. Very nice host Bozidar, speaks Russian and English. He treated us to fish caught by him, prompted my husband to the nuances of fishing in the area. Very friendly, gave my daughter candy in honor of his birthday. Upon arrival, we had a gift in the form of local wine and sweets. The beach is 3 minutes away (35 gentle steps and cross the road). The main thing is that there is an entrance to the sea for children with its small beach and also a stove from where you can jump and swim adults. The sea and the views are beautiful!!! We definitely recommend your stay at Bozidar!!!

Absolutely fantastic stay here. It felt like home. Comfortable furniture and small stove top made our stay so easy. Marina gave us access to the washing machine and even cleaning equipment to clean our rental car. The hosts were so lovely leaving orange juice and apple strudel for us on arrival. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a stunning relaxed peaceful holiday.

Clean apartment, nice view

We have been welcomed with a smile since we arrived. As soon as you enter the house, the smell of cleanliness hits your face, it was so clean, I can't describe it, I highly recommend it. We had no problems with heating or hot water. It was great. The hosts are very friendly and cheerful. If I travel again, this is the only place I will stay.

I entirely agree with the other reviews. It is exactly as described. Fantastic location about 30yds then 38 steps above a bakery/Supermarket in the old town. Amazing view of the old town and harbour from the balcony. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent shower over bath. We had a hire car, and Ivan met us, drove us from where we parked to the flat and carried our bags in! Parking in Cavtat is the only potential problem if you have a hire car so ask Ivan for advice. We took the bus to Dubrovnik because it's even worse there, and the bus is easy! Fantastic place to stay and thoroughly recommended.

We couldn’t believe that the views from the apartment could be as amazing as the photos, but they really were! We could have stayed on that balcony all day just taking it all in, but we did venture out into Tivat. It was a short walk to the amenities along the coast path. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. As others have mentioned, a shower curtain would have prevented wetting the floor, but it wasn’t a major issue. Sanja had sent us the map location but we couldn’t access it on arrival as our data hadn’t kicked in so she kindly sent her son to find us. She also arranged a taxi for us for our return. It was only a 3 night break and so we would love to return and hire a car to explore a bit further afield. We are just back home and already missing that view! Thank you Sanja.
