I will start by thanking Muriel's warm and friendly welcome and highlighting his flexibility with booking until the day before our arrival. The cottage is certainly located in the city center but there is parking nearby. The same goes for shops and the many walks in the area. The cottage is comfortable and in the event of any problems, the host is in the process of prevention. We had a great time in 2022 at 2023. We recommend this cottage and its host.

Incredible stay! Great private location for my family and J during our short visit. The property is incredible with great amenities for the kids. Grade A hot tub. Again, a perfect stay…and we would return. Thank you.

Great House! Very comfortable, highly recommend!

This is one of the coolest homes we have ever stayed in. This place felt extremely special, like a speak easy overlooking the city of Leuven. We enjoyed the amenities and cooking in the kitchen. The hot tub was hot and ready for us when we arrived. Paul is a fantastic host and greeted us and gave us a tour. Everything was clean and cozy. We were able to visit many parts of Belgium from this location and we thoroughly enjoyed coming home to such a unique and fabulous home. Thank you!

Kevin is a perfect host and the place is spotless, as described. The environment is quiet and close to the tram, in 30 minutes from the city center. We'll be happy to go back!

We loved our stay at Gite Mosan. What a beautiful place and surroundings. The building was very cozy and the big garden was amazing. Our dog loved it so much, and so did we. Niels and his dad were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would love to come back next time we go to the Ardennes! :-)

This flat was in the perfect location, 5 minute walk to lots of bars, restaurants and shops but in a peaceful location with no traffic. Luc was an amazing host, super friendly and helpful making things easy and providing great recommendations of local things to do. Would highly recommend!

To be honest i have never stayed in a unique house before. When I entered on the first day it looked awkwardly different to me but my partner liked it very much straight away. I am a person of minimalism so I felt this is so different. But soon I started loving the house, felt like home very quickly. Ageing decor, wall posters, so many curious arts and stuff all around the house so I felt like nothing less than an interesting museum. Karin has preserved (I guess her old family home) very well. Most importantly very very spacious which i definitely wanted. Karin was so responsive and she checked on us now and then. Parking was easy.

The apartment has all the necessities, including basic cooking ingredients, and washing machine capsules. The heater kept the apartment nice and warm, which was lovely for winter. Shower pressure was good. The host David was very responsive, and met our requests to clear the trash whenever we needed it. It was also well connected to tram lines that go to the city, and many lovely shops and restaurants nearby. It was a little noisy in the morning, due to the trams that run directly outside, but that's alright. Everything else was cosy and perfect!

the small house is very well located, near the European Parliament and the center of Brussels is within walking distance (even with children). the house is well-equipped and Jean-Philippe is very kind, available, responsive and welcoming.

We had a wonderful New Year's weekend at Leo&Caroll. The stay is perfect for 8 people. The rooms are spacious, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen with dining space was the cutest place for us. The view is beautiful and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare an extensive dinner. We also took a nice walk, the area has a lot to offer. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you so much Leo&Caroll!

Gaëtan and her partner are extremely helpful and caring hosts. The apartment is perfectly designed: clean, well appointed and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The kitchen is very functional, and there is even a gym available, which is a real asset. Small touches, like croissants on weekends or food when you arrive, make the stay even more enjoyable. I spent a week there and felt like home. The value is excellent, and I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable and carefree stay. Thank you again for hosting us exceptionally!

We enjoyed the loft so much! During a week between Christmas and new we were able to cocoon. A warm stove created a relaxed atmosphere and thanks to the beautiful location we could completely unwind. The host was super friendly and enthusiastically shared the info we needed. Highly recommendable!

This very nice and well-kept home has everything you'll need. Beautiful rooms with a bathroom and toilet, a beautiful garden with something for everyone. In the area there is the Lion of Waterloo, the Hallerbos, cycling and hiking routes.

We were there for the weekend and had a very pleasant stay. We got a warm welcome from Caroline and felt right at home. The studio is as advertised with everything you need and the place is peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view over the valley. If ever we are in the neighbourhood again… Highly recommend.
