The house had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. We stayed here with our two kids (3 &1) and they loved that Suzanne had toys available. The yard was quiet and a great space to play for the kids. The neighborhood was very quiet, but within walking distance to baker, grocerys, restaurants and playground. Easy to find parking. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Beautiful home, spacious, secluded and very well decorated. You can bring together a very large family (cousins , aunts ,grandparents...)for an unforgettable moment. Very responsive and responsive host. We highly recommend it.

We are on an exceptional villa here. It is even better than the photos, large, spacious, equipped and well located. Despite a few hassles, the host was very understanding, responsive and attentive. Recommended, I'll go back. Be careful, small advice in case of heavy rain especially do not park in the grass because your cars will be blocked by the mud. Other than that, there is nothing to say except thank you because thanks to you I had an incredible 30 years.

Wonderful house. Very thoughtfully equipped. 5 children had a great time and the adults enjoyed the peace and quiet.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage located in the countryside ( 2nd time for us). It is very clean and modern. We felt good. A well-loved proximity to the vineyards and the pretty city of Auxerre.

Very nice place and modern caravan very nice in interior decoration and quality layout and efficiency of use. Warm place, perfect cocoon and sweet, refreshing silence. Composed and accompanied by human warmth from the owner and availability of listening and discovering the surroundings. A unique place where it really makes you want to go back!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay over Xmas and new years. Wonderful hosts who are very helpful and attentive and the house is lovely: we loved the fireplace in particular. Great closed garden for the dog to play along a very quiet road. If you’re looking for a quaint stay in a quiet setting, this is perfect!

We had a fantastic time at Richard's place. perfect place to relax amongst the beautiful landscape. He was highly responsive and sent through plenty of information. it was the perfect escape after a busy period.

Beautiful functional and beautifully decorated little house. The environment is very pleasant with very beautiful character properties and parking on the street is easy. Thanks to Rémi and Catherine for accepting my 3 golden dogs, they enjoyed the small private courtyard well closed as well as the leashes nearby . On the cleanliness side, it's impeccable. I would this property.

We had a lovely evening at this little house. We only slept one night but could have easily stayed longer. Very comfortable and well equipped. Vincent and Carl are very nice and available. We would recommend it in a second!
