The apartment was very clean and tidy, there was nothing missing in the kitchen and bathroom, we also very appreciated the welcome kit. We were very satisfied with the stay, the owner was always kind and helpful, and she always responded in a short time. Still very satisfied, highly recommended.

My family and I had a very good time, a wonderful place, Chiara is very kind, super helpful and caring, she gave us a lot of advice on what to visit, where to go, where to eat. Very nice residence, with pool and sun loungers, and garden with children's games, tables and chairs where you can eat, located in the center of the village and convenient to everything Bezzecca has to offer. All surrounded by a wonderful view. Highly recommended!

Perfect apartment! The only drawbacks are the "affiliated" paid parking with the hotel at €37 per day. The parking lot also has 3 charging stations for electric cars, too bad, that the places were always occupied by non-electric cars

Nice residence, modern and comfortable furniture with many attached amenities for children, very quiet location and with a nice view from the terrace.

Simeone was a fantastic host. Very responsive and approachable. The bikes were awesome and great for our family to get to all the local spots without the need for a car. The apartment is very homely and welcoming with a very well equipped kitchen. The living and dining area is great to relax in after a day on the bikes and lake. The location is close enough to Malcesine for an easy lake side bike ride along a bike path, but also away from the crowds. It is also a great location to access multiple Windsurf, Kitesurf and Wing Foil spots. Plenty of SUP and Kayaking near by. Lovely to paddle down to the fort. We stayed during one of the hottest days of the year (37degrees). Whilst there is no ac, properly managing the ventilation of the property and some additional fans greatly helped beat the heat. This was a wonderful property for our active family. We stayed 5 days and only used the car once to go to Torbole. Never short of things to do. We could have stayed longer!

Convenient location, only drawback was that when I arrived at 1:00 pm, the concierge did not open the stanga to access the parking lot.

Very well fit for families with children. Great animation program, swimming pool .. Smartly organized room, clean and fresh. Great parking, great skiing in close neighborhood.

Great solution, very clean accommodation and equipped with all comforts. It is located in a residence so it is possible to take advantage of common areas and mini clubs. Ski rental inside the residence. Alessandro is very responsive and available

Everything was fantastic our stay in Marilleva, Niccoló was very quick to respond. Great value for the price. I only specify that the wifi goes for a couple of hours (it seems there is a timer) then it takes little, if you do smartworking you should equip yourself in another way. Or at least I couldn't make it work better than that;)

Franco and his wife are welcoming people, they made us feel at home and they had an eye for our dogs. The garden is impeccable, the house has everything you need and Franco is always present but never intrusive. our stay was really relaxing. We'll be back!

Apartment is located on the ground floor with parking view. This is in building 6. You need to go with Your ski equipment 100m go up the hill to the ski lift. But still is not far. I can fully recommend this apartment if You are looking for place to stay during ski trip.

Ezio and Giulia's welcome were beautiful and punctual, they explained everything to us and were always available. Beautiful place, wonderful home and hot tub. In the morning we left to go skiing 35 minutes from the house, in Folgaria, and we were back in the evening. Heating, amenities, cleanliness, decor, and many great options! Definitely worth coming back. And also a lot of space outside for our dog.

very quiet location and central enough to visit various markets such as Bolzano, Merano. Stefano was a very kind and helpful person, upon our arrival he also welcomed us with a welcome thought, I highly recommend his accommodation, to definitely come back even in the summer.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 days/ 2 nights with a 5-year-old. We found a very well equipped and cared for apartment in every detail, warm, with a fireplace( on when we arrived), clean and also served with lots of games to entertain our child. Very close to the ski lift and dining points. Very kind and helpful hosts Beautiful experience, definitely to be done again.

The house has a super nice view of the Garda lake. If you like it quiet, this is the place for you! We were here over New Year's Eve and enjoyed the time very much. The small conservatory with wooden courtyard was our personal highlight. The house was clean and tidy, but the bathroom should be renovated, where the plaster comes down. Unfortunately, the bedrooms were divided differently than expected. In the one bedroom was only a 1.40 m bed and a single bed. To get to the bathroom from there, you have to go through the second bedroom. The second is under the living room and you can't close a door. Unfortunately, this made the sleeping situation with two families and a toddler a bit difficult for us. Otherwise, everything was great and the house is still recommended.
