The coziest little hotel up in the mountains. Cutest staff who were very flexible and ready to help, and mega nice with their own kitchen with fridge etc. Cozy terrace with the most beautiful view! The hotel is older, but is clean and neat, and is clearly cared for. Lovely with nice pool and pool area. It's quiet and cozy! It's a bit of a hike up the mountain the first time, but you quickly turn to it! Close to a small cozy town with shopping, pharmacy and restaurants/cafes. Missing: better chairs on the terrace.

The apartment was very clean and tidy, nothing was missing in the kitchen and bathroom, we also very much appreciated the welcome kit. We were very satisfied with the stay, the owner was always kind and helpful, and always responded quickly. Still very satisfied, highly recommended.

Villa Paula impresses with plenty of space, comfort and a great location. It's a good starting point for all kinds of bike adventures. The friendly hosts took good care of us and we felt welcome right from the start. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, which means that even larger dishes can be cooked without problems.

The rooms are clean, and sufficient equipped. There is a nice swimming pool on the premises. Walking to a supermarket and a very good little bakery takes just a few minutes. The location is perfect to visit lakes Ledro, Garda and the mountains for swimming, hiking, mountainbiking, canyoning etc. etc.! Last but not least: Chiara is a fantastisc host, very hospitable and always friendly.

Perfect apartment! The only drawbacks are the "affiliated" paid parking with the hotel at €37 per day. The parking lot also has 3 charging stations for electric cars, too bad, that the places were always occupied by non-electric cars

This is a lovely apartment and was perfect for our stay. It’s clean and comfortable. Everything was well organised and Cetty has gone to great care to make settling into the apartment real simple, with handy videos to explain things like the access, parking, bins etc. The area is very peaceful with beautiful settings. We went to ski. You can drive to Tulot ski lift in 5 minutes or up the mountain to Madonna di Campiglio in 15. There is ample free parking at both. The ski bus stops in Carisolo village also. The parking Cetty recommended we use was out of service due to building renovations but it was easy to find a space just a short walk away. There’s a supermarket 2 min walk away. I did three lovely runs from the apartment up some beautiful mountain trails taking me past beautiful and very old churches and waterfalls. A great base for our trip.

We are an elderly tourist couple and spent 3 nights in February at Alessandro's place. We found it well furnished, comfortable, heated, bright and quiet, as it is on the 4th floor (with elevator) overlooking the rooftops of the historic center. Exceptionally convenient is also the parking space in the garage near the entrance door. The location is strategic as it is 250 meters from Piazza del Duomo, so in the historic center. It is a highly recommended accommodation, we hope to return soon.

Nice residence, modern and comfortable furnishings with many amenities for children, very quiet location and with a beautiful view from the terrace.

Very pleasant stay, nice apartment. The hotel itself, where the apartment is located offers nice pool and kids area. However, the wellness part and sauna is not worth it

Simeone was a fantastic host. Very responsive and approachable. The bikes were awesome and great for our family to get to all the local spots without the need for a car. The apartment is very homely and welcoming with a very well equipped kitchen. The living and dining area is great to relax in after a day on the bikes and lake. The location is close enough to Malcesine for an easy lake side bike ride along a bike path, but also away from the crowds. It is also a great location to access multiple Windsurf, Kitesurf and Wing Foil spots. Plenty of SUP and Kayaking near by. Lovely to paddle down to the fort. We stayed during one of the hottest days of the year (37degrees). Whilst there is no ac, properly managing the ventilation of the property and some additional fans greatly helped beat the heat. This was a wonderful property for our active family. We stayed 5 days and only used the car once to go to Torbole. Never short of things to do. We could have stayed longer!

The apartment where me and my friend stayed was really nice and spacious! Some weird noises coming from the wall (boiler or water, no idea) but that's due to the building construction really and that was just between kitchen and bathroom, not inside the room or anywhere where it'd be particularly disturbing. Unfortunately I was really ill with the flu and stayed in the flat for the whole duration of my stay, but fortunately I was in a nice accommodation!! It was really good that komodo have a reception, since we had some issues with the self check in procedure.

Franco and his wife are welcoming people, they made us feel at home and took special care of our dogs. The garden is impeccable, the house has everything you need and Franco is always present but never intrusive. Our stay was really relaxing. We'll be back!

Clean, good facilities, met my expectations

Apartment is located on the ground floor with parking view. This is in building 6. You need to go with Your ski equipment 100m go up the hill to the ski lift. But still is not far. I can fully recommend this apartment if You are looking for place to stay during ski trip.

Hosts Francesca and Thomas are very helpful and attentive to every need. Flexible check-in. Apartment as described, great location for the attractions of the area.

Ezio and Giulia's welcome was beautiful and punctual, they explained everything to us and were always available. Beautiful place, wonderful house and whirlpool. In the morning we left to go skiing 35 minutes from the house, in Folgaria, and returned in the evening. Heating, amenities, cleanliness, decor, and many great optionals! Definitely worth returning to. And also a lot of space outside for our dog.

very quiet location and central enough to visit various markets such as Bolzano, Merano. Stefano is a very kind and helpful person, on our arrival he also welcomed us with a little welcome gift, I highly recommend his accommodation, we will definitely return in the summer.

Absolutely consistent with the expectations we had, with two small girls we managed well and found the right space for their needs as well. The apartment is really well equipped with all the necessities. Thank you again!

The house has a super nice view of the Garda lake. If you like it quiet, this is the place for you! We were here over New Year's Eve and enjoyed the time very much. The small conservatory with wooden courtyard was our personal highlight. The house was clean and tidy, but the bathroom should be renovated, where the plaster comes down. Unfortunately, the bedrooms were divided differently than expected. In the one bedroom was only a 1.40 m bed and a single bed. To get to the bathroom from there, you have to go through the second bedroom. The second is under the living room and you can't close a door. Unfortunately, this made the sleeping situation with two families and a toddler a bit difficult for us. Otherwise, everything was great and the house is still recommended.
