Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! We were in the house for the second time and again we were very satisfied. The house is very tastefully furnished and we didn't miss anything. It was very nice that the house had a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and even a gift. Hopefully it works out sometimes and we'll arrive even in a little warmer weather. Everything was perfect and Andrei thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

We were on site from 10/7-10/14 with 3 generation. The contact with the landlady was very friendly, flexible and straightforward. The house is a dream! Quiet but still centrally located. A lovely view of the vineyards and in the distance the sea. The garden is super well maintained and beautifully illuminated. The pool was well-equipped. A wonderfully fragrant herb bed on the terrace. Several storage facilities, also covered, for the cars. Electric outside gates. The decor exactly matched the photos. We liked it very much. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything was very clean, modern and well maintained. The house left nothing to be desired.

The house is located in the heart of the hilltop villages and has a superb view of Groznjan. The terrace and interior space of the house are spacious and tastefully decorated. Dragana is an attentive and responsive host to questions.

Beautiful house and surroundings, all new and clean. Really luxurious with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We were out of main season, so the prices were ok and well worth it. You can also get access to the mini golf and mini tennis nearby.

Very good communication and all pictures represent the true property. Beautiful interior. Fabulous designer kitchen and great bathrooms. Everything was very good. The location is quiet, restful and with great view over the fields. You can get everywhere within 15-30 minutes and there are some amazing places to visit in Istria. Town, shopping, refueling, eating and dog beaches. Host offered a repeat customer discounted price. We will be back soon.

What an incredible experience. Book this house now. Mirjana and her daughter were absolutely incredible…bringing us meats and cheeses, homemade bread and crepes, and loads of great local recommendations for wine tasting, sightseeing, etc. The pictures don’t even do this house justice..it’s absolutely stunning. And Mirjanas restaurants a few houses away is also great…incredible food and great experience. This whole area isn’t super touristy and is absolutely beautiful. Take a night off your Split and Dubrovnik legs and spend it here!

Everything was perfect! The photos exactly match the reality, including sheets and towels. Everything clean and very comfortable beds. The Prenk host is always super available!

We enjoyed the stay at Goran’s home. Close to the beach, famous towns, restaurants and shops by car. The pool was refreshing and my dogs enjoyed the house as well, as it was 100% fenced so they could run free.

Very nice and modern house, Very quiet location, without a car, you are stuck but we loved it. Villa was clean when covered, you felt right at home. Pool and hot tub were also clean, temperatures were fine as well. Had a nice week at this villa, can only recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

The Villa is beautiful. The architecture, design and build is first rate. The interior design is soothing and comfortable. A mix of stone farmhouse and modern mediterranean. Everything was very high quality and most impressive. The location and views are amazing. The pool and pool house are stunning. The landscape is very well done, the garden ( we did pick tomatoes, watermelon, baby carrots and shallots, after we asked if it was ok) is lovely. The grapes were picked during our stay and one of our group helped out ( for about 15 minutes, ha ha). The only minor drawback were the bugs. Evidently late Sept early Oct. is the season for a particular bug. No big thing. I highly recommend the Villa and thank you Andreas and Hana.

We had a super nice holiday in a house that almost looked like new. Clearly there are some who take care of their things and a really pleasant and friendly host. We'll definitely be back if we're going to Umag again in the future.

The villa is a real gem, enough space and well equipped. Enjoyed the grill and pool. The location is great, close to the sea and restaurants We had a small emergency and Andreas was immediately available for us. Thank you !! If you are looking for peace and quiet, you should contact Andreas in advance and ask how the construction sites move forward all around. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy with us But would recommend the villa immediately!!

The place is perfectly matching the description, spacious, functional and complete with everything. The pool is really beautiful and the host is always available and very very friendly.

We had a fantastic week. The villa was perfect and beautifully presented with lots of extra touches that made it a special place to stay. Marina was great, we were able to check in earlier and she provided us with everything we needed and was quick to respond. The villa is really private and peaceful but situated really well for a short drive into to Porec and the main roads are easily accessible to be able to explore Istria.

We had a very nice week of vacation here! Ivana's husband was already waiting for us when we arrived and showed and explained everything in the house. We didn't miss anything, everything you need is available; the kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is of high quality, there are enough cabinets and shelves, the beds are mega comfortable, the bathrooms are very high-quality, the whole house very spacious and above all very tastefully and lovingly furnished and decorated! There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. The pool saved our lives at 38 degrees:-) The terrace is in the shade, there is an outdoor grill + sink and a separate garden is also part of it. Ivana and her family live next door so they are always responsive. The location is quiet and you definitely need a car to get to shopping or beach. We would keep coming back here and can fully recommend the house!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa Vesna. Samanta was very helpful, kind and always available. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a week's holiday in villa Zoro with our three small children. We had a lovely relaxing week. Not much to do in the city! But there is a football field and playground we used daily. But it's a 10 minute drive to the nearest bigger supermarket (Lidl) We were greeted by ms. Eni, who is super sweet and friendly. The place was clean and tidy, with a kitchen with everything you need. The only downside to the stay was that it is among many ruin houses being renovated and there is an odor coming from the chicken coop next door. But we had a really lovely holiday! Check out was also super flexible where Sarah came and even had a small gift for us.

This was a great experience! We had spent a week on the Croatian Islands and wanted a different second half of a holiday, up in the mountains with good access to explore Istria. The house is very private, with spectacular views over Istria, a lovely pool and the sun shining on the front all day. The house itself is brand new, with all of the modern amenities you would need, really well designed with lots of nice touches. Big dining areas indoors and out and many different seating options, so you could be in/out of the sun and inside/outside of the house and be comfortable. The house is very well stocked with amenities, including everything you would need in the kitchen, loads of towels, bath and shower gels and the aircon and wifi are strong. Location is great, very close to the main highways so you can be anywhere in Istria, Rijeka, Opatija, Pula and Rovinj within 50 minutes. Kristina and Bob were excellent hosts, very communicative and fast to respond. A strong recommendation.

It's the best vacation so far! Mirjana's place was the perfect place for our family of 7. The location is superb and Mirjana is extremely knowledgeable about the area for local restaurants, family activities, breathtaking towns, etc. I highly recommend her place and we look forward to coming back soon.

We stayed at the beautiful villa with 4 kids, 2 adults and a dog for a week. The area is wonderfully quiet, the grounds are great fenced and dog could run free everywhere. Pool is an absolute highlight, big, clean and well maintained. Villa is just brilliant. One of the nicest houses we had ever rented. Stylishly decorated. The kitchen really has everything and more. We were very well welcomed by Sejila and she was mega sweet and is the best host we know. Nearby great cities such as Pazin, Pula and dream beaches that are very private. The garden is beautiful, clean and well maintained. We used campfires and also the ingenious outdoor kitchen was a gift. Fig tree in the garden with delicious fruits. It is definitely a dream house with dream hosts who take care of their guests so lovingly. You have to drive a few minutes to the supermarket but because the area is so beautiful, it's no problem. Thank you so much
