The accommodation is better than in the photos, the place is very nice with everything you need for a comfortable stay, Rossy was very kind and understanding with the arrival since our flight was late, the area is very nice with shops nearby and was close to tourist places, easy to get around using apps.

Andre is a very good host!! And very kind and friendly. The property is very nice and is just as shown in the photos!! I feel at home! Andres was very helpful with his restaurant and supermarket guide, with clear instructions. My children and wife loved the property. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in in the capital. When I visit Santo Domingo again, I will return to Andres' property!! I recommend it 100% to everyone!! Thank you Andres for everything!!

Fantastic location in the Colonial Zone where everything is well within walking distance. Being in the midst of it allows you to experience the history and culture of the area. We felt very safe and residents were friendly and helpful. A great plus was having Susanne’s taxi friend available for transportation needs. Besides picking us up from the airport initially, we hired him to take us to the north end of the country and bring us back to Santo Domingo later. He goes anywhere in the country and gives a great rate to those who stay at Susanne’s property. We really enjoyed the total privacy of this roomy property. It has a nice plunge pool to relax in at any time. We’ve stayed at a number of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites.

This home is beyond its value. Cozy, clean, close to everything you may need! A private and secure parking spot was such a bonus. Keny is so kind and responsive and gave great local recommendations. The pool was sparkling clean and a lovely temp. We loved the outdoor living spaces and large kitchen. Beds were super comfy as well. Thank you so much !

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

I was there on 3/29/25 with my partner, family and friends, it was a lot with too much, the place is wonderful, it is very nice, organized, everything clean and beautiful, a pleasant and quiet atmosphere, we were delighted, the people are very attentive as well as Marisol and Junior are a love, very attentive with us, the explanation of the stay was super clear, we were delighted! Excellent and charming old style colonial home! Loved it!

It is a very quiet and cozy place, but you have to modernize some equipment like air conditioning just that, that's fine.

This is actually the second unit I’ve stayed in within the same building. This time, I chose one with a bigger balcony, and it was absolutely worth it—the view of the city is amazing, especially at night! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient, making the whole experience even better. The building continues to impress me with its quality and comfort, and I’d definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at David’s apartment. I stayed with family and will certainly return again. David is very attentive, friendly and proactive.

I was traveling with my wife and her little sister and i wanted someplace i really felt secure that offered great amenities and was close to the business i needed to do.. This place offered all of that. The building is secure and i was a little worried when i first walked in that there was no jacuzzi. but the patio will surprise you. Great place. Give it a try!

I will be definitely coming back soon. I highly recommend it. The kitchen was fully equipped, fresh linens, hot water, very spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony are spectacular.

It's our second time at this property and we'll be back many more times. Estefany is an excellent host, she responds very quickly and pays a lot of attention to detail (coffee is always available). King beds are a difficult plus to get, this makes the stay much more pleasant. 100% recommended.

Wendel’s Place exceeded my expectations! It looked just like the photos and was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was stunning, contemporary, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.
