House vacation rentals in Villa Castelli

Very nice house centrally located near the beautiful city of Ostuni. Furnished with a lot Taste and attention to detail. 2 bedrooms, each equipped with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, ideal for a stay of four. Very nice reception by Martine, who was always immediately available for questions/problems and very helpful. The pool and outdoor area are fantastic, we felt very comfortable. Very good accessibility, the narrow driveway gate, which was mentioned in preliminary remarks, was not a problem for us.

It was really a pleasure to stay at this place for my trip to Apulia. I have spend the most amazing time with my friends. The house was really beautiful and convenient. Everything was perfect!

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

This is a wonderful space for a quiet, private getaway. The amenities are fantastic and there is ample space for a large group. We even encountered a very minor issue with a broken cabinet and they had someone in the following morning to repair it (not at all necessary, but very appreciated). The pool area feels lush & has plenty of outdoor seating (including a covered area). There was also an abundance to explore in the area, by bike or car, it has beautiful surroundings.

It’s our second time staying at this beautiful slice of heaven. Cannot recommend highly enough. Beautiful, clean, isolated but close to lots of amazing places to eat and things to do, spacious, and Sophie & Giovanni are responsive, helpful and kind hosts. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We had a great time in Puglia. A family trip that will mark our minds and hearts for a long time. Daniela and her husband are very kind and welcoming. The accommodation is as described and practical. Every day is punctuated with small touches and valuable advice.

A beautiful airbnb with an excellent host! The trullo was very well appointed and lovely to stay in, and Anna was so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful to us. We were also fortunate enough to experience Anna’s sister’s cooking one night, which we highly recommend! 10/10 experience.

The AirBnB was truly fantastic. Based on the photos, we already expected a lot of beautiful things, but the views over Fasano and in the distance the sea exceeded everything. The pool was lovely and clean. The house itself was fine and equipped with all the necessities. Marika was a great host, always willing to help. Unfortunately, I was unfortunate that I got a flu right before arrival and got quite sick. Marika was there to help with medicine and clean linens. From the AirBnB you can visit many beautiful places - Polignano a Mare, Alberobello (the Trulli village), several beach clubs along the coast and with a little further drive you have still reached Lecce, Tarente and Brindisi. A lot closer is the town of Fasano, nice to see and there are quite a few restaurants to find. A restaurant within walking distance of the AirBnB. A simple kitchen, but fine for when you don't want to cook an evening but also not drive.

Leonardo and his wife were extremely kind. The small touches planned for our arrival (huge basket of vegetables from the garden, jam, small cakes from the region etc...) were much appreciated. The environment composed of olive groves and fruit trees is very relaxing. The main typical villages of the region (Alberobello and its trullis, Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Monopoli) are a few kilometers from the house. A perfect stay. What a fabulous place, the perfect setup for us with two bedrooms in the main house and separate double room in the trulli annexe, all with gorgeous en suites. Super clean and modern with stunning patios and the infinity pool. Barbara and her husband went out of their way to welcome us and ensure we had a good time, meeting us at check in to show us round. We were absolutely blown away with how idyllic it all was. And then, at night, when the lights came on around the garden and in the pool it created a wonderful chill space. Next time we’ll come back in the summer so we can swim at night, this time, as it was October, we had to stick to the daytime. The location was also a great base for our visits to Punta Proscuitto’s super long sandy beach, the Salina dei Monaci flamingo reserve, Lecce, Alberobello and of course beautiful Ostuni, where Barbara’s reco’s for a bar and a restaurant were spot on. It was very hard to leave. Thanks so much Barbara, it was the perfect mini-break!

Mimma is energetic and positive, exuding good vibes. We were comfortable and well cared for. We especially appreciated the welcome basket of foods, several homemade treats. Mimma also shared her family’s history and showed us their original trullo house. It is like a museum! We were very fortunate to stay during the religious festival in Alberobello. Mimma made arrangements for us to be seated with the locals outside the butcher shop. What a unique memory-making treat.

We stayed in the accommodation for several days, everything was really perfect. Everything has a purpose to make sure we don't miss anything. Everything is perfectly clean. Giancarlo and his wife are warm and caring people with their guests. They're very responsive. They love what they do and know how to manage their property perfectly. Thanks, much appreciated 🙏

Silvio was such a great host, very helpful & responsive to any random questions I had about getting around in town etc. This was a perfect cozy spot to call home for the long period of time I was in town- I loved the location & was able to feel right at home in the space. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a very pleasant stay at Orazio’s beautiful villa outside of Martina Franca. The house itself is lovely but the outdoor space is spectacular. There are many places to lounge in the sun or to have a meal, or to simply sit in the sheltered patio. Orazio is the perfect host! He is very proactive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The swimming pool is a very welcome extra that we were grateful to have. Would love to return!

Staying in Loredana’s place was a unique experience we will not forget. The surroundings were beautiful. Her home decor was artsy and special, the linens on the bed had fresh rosemary which made the linens smell so nice. The home had everything you could need. Loredana responded promptly to us when we needed a pin location to the house. And checked in to make sure we were comfortable. After leaving the property the owner contacted us to let us know we left behind a bag of souvenirs and will have them mailed to us. Communication was professional and A lot of thought went into the home.

Very lovely house, beautifully decorated, a little smaller than the impression we had from the photos. The large private gardens were really wonderful and the sea is visible in the distance from the ground and the terrace. Finding the house with the car GPS was a little tricky but the hosts came to our rescue. The Ostuni area has many attractions which are all easily accessible by car, including many lovely beaches. Very restful and quiet place that we definitely recommend.

Great location to be able to quietly visit all of Puglia by car, a very quiet place surrounded by nature. The owners are extremely kind and available for any need, if you have any questions or want information, do not hesitate to ask them that they will be able to direct you in the best way. Very quiet and beautiful place to relax and enjoy some tranquility and 15-20 minutes away from other places to visit. Erika was super helpful and kind at check-in. Very convenient private parking on the property. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed with Jo for just over a week. (2 families of 4) The house is very nice, the small pool was nice at the end of the day for the kids. Sleeping in the Trullo was a great experience, the bedding is also very comfortable (the only point to know beforehand is that there is no direct access to the house / and therefore no access to the toilet). For directions, don't hesitate to ask Jo for clarification, because the Airbnb map (didn't send us to the right place!) we arrived at night, and it wasn't easy to find. For the rest, the house is well-equipped, as described. It was very nice.

Piergiorgio was a great host and the place was really special. Response time to questions was very fast. The private beach was amazing with the most beautiful water! Would return and recommend!

A peaceful and wonderful place in the countryside, perfect for a quiet getaway. Luxurious setting and cosy decor made it the perfect place for our honeymoon. :)
