Beautiful house and area! 10/10 recommend 💛

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Super helpful host, very quiet location five minutes from the old town

I stayed in this suite with a whirlpool, kitchen, bathroom and spectacular views of Trastevere, amazing both day and night. The room was spacious, modern and well furnished, with all the comforts for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was very clean and well-maintained. The whirlpool was perfect for a moment of relaxation. The location is convenient for exploring Rome, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

My friends and I stayed here for our week trip to Italy. We have no complaints! It’s super close to many of the major sites in Rome, and has a ton of places nearby for pizza, gelato, and anything you need from a grocery store. We have no complaints.

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

We had a great time, the description and photos match perfectly. 100 meters from the lake, 7 km from Trevignano but at the same time a private and quiet place to rest and leave for everything the area offers. We will definitely be back
