Sun from morning to night

We rent out our spacious 70`s holiday home, sleeps 8-10 (4 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry room. The house is located on a mountaintop, with sun all day and fantastic view of Lahellefjorden. The house is located 100 meters from the water in the air line. 5 min walk and you can swim on the local dock or beach. Hiking areas just outside the door, with a great coastal path beyond Østerøya. Here you will quickly get to Skjellvika and other lovely sandy beaches.

If you are looking for a peaceful country setting with sunset, forest and meadow views, then this house is what you are looking for. Large garden, high and undisturbed located. 2 miles to the nearest village with shop, 3 km to the fishing lake where a canoe is available, 10 km to the lake with swimming area. Stor hus med fint uteplass og stor veranda , med panorama utsikt over Strandefjord . Solrik . Ca 7-800 m til Leira sentrum med flere butikker og stor kjøpesenter.. Fint sandstrand på Leira. Det er også fin alpin anlegg i Aurdal 10 min med bil, og finne skiløyper i samme området Huset har 2 etasjer , men bare øverste etasje - med 2 soverom , stor stue , kjøkken bad og toalett er til utleie . Første etasje er ubebod,- Ale private gjenstander er lost på eget rom.

Great and very spacious (323 sqm) holiday home with panoramic views of the submission to Risør! Located close to the city center and the sea, as well as very short distance to great hiking terrain in Urheia. The house has all amenities such as garden with trampoline, bathtub, ice cube machine, coffee machine, two stewed patios with a view and charger for electric car. The house is a good fit for 2 or more families:-)

**NEWLY REFURBISHED IN 2019 - ** Our house has been rebuilt and refurbished for Airbnb, and we look forward to welcoming guests by the fjords. 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (sleeping up to 4 adults), and a living room with a sleeping couch (sleeping up to 2 people). Rekkehus med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom med 2 på hvert. Huset er vanligvis bebodd av pappa og tre barn i alderen 4, 8 og 12. Huset er ryddig, men bærer samtidig preg av å være bebodd og det vil være begrenset med plass for å legge/henge klær, da skap ikke tømmes før utleie. Det ryddes god plass i kjøleskap, men heller ikke dette tømmes helt i forkant av utleie.
