Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Viejo San Juan, San Juan Antiguo

I rented the place for some colleagues who live on the west coast of the island that needed to be in the San Juan area for work. The home was beautiful, everything was perfect. Found the house clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend this gem for group of friends who are traveling. The location is great and it had everything they could possibly need close by. Would definitely recommend as a short term rental and will book again when possible. Thank you!!! Cheers!

This house was amazing, gated community which made our group feel so safe. The house was clean and beautiful. The pool was amazing. The small pool is not a jacuzzi though, but nice. Rooms were clean, nice and spacious. bathrooms clean, the kitchen is a absolute dream !!! Lots of room. I would definitely stay again

Second time staying at this location, definitely recommend it. Feels like home away from home, clean pool. About 25 mins from Old San Juan. Nelida is sweet and makes sure you have landed and made it safe. As I said before if I ever come back to PR this is my go to location!

Nicole was very responsive, also super helpful and understanding. Due to inclement weather conditions she accommodated us by moving our days for us. Overall was a good stay, she replies quick & even gave good recommendations on good food places to eat! The neighborhood is was safe environment, and overall not too far from some pretty good beaches and other places (Walmart) etc.

First time in Puerto Rico and will come back to Marisols home when we return! Had 7 adults and had more than enough space. Spent every morning in the pool and one day spent all day there. Best air bnb I’ve stayed at by far

JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

Stayed for a weekend with girlfriend as a Valentines Day trip. Spot was very quaint, clean, and closed off with gate and privacy fence for hot tub. Location is only 20 minutes away from San Juan. Plenty of local food spots and businesses within the area. Felt secure and safe with gate. David was responsive with any questions or issues within a timely manner. Would definitely come back here using this place!

Dolores was very helpful with any questions I had. She also had a list of helpful tips without me asking. She was always responsive to my concerns. She also allowed me to check in earlier than my time. However, the location was hard to locate on the gps even after using a pin location instead of the actual address. Despite the construction and potholes in the area, it was a nice peaceful neighborhood. I would recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

Great place to stay in when visiting Carolina PR with an even more amazing view of the beach! Host was super responsive and really friendly & undertanding. The power went out for a night & most of the next morning but that’s PR for you lol Alfredo was a great help when this happened and kept me up to date on news on when the power would be back on. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a great beach view that won’t break the bank with lots of walkable places to each & at a great distance to uber around anywhere. Will come stay again in the future! :)

We only spent one night here, but the place was very clean, quiet and the rooftop sitting area was an added bonus. We also loved the unique, matching kitchen appliances.

Our flight arrived very late (3am) and we took an Uber to the Airbnb which was very easy to find and very easy to get in! really nice clean place in a great location! We were very glad there were parking spots out front as well. the AC and Internet both worked very well.

The location was very convenient and it was nice to have two bathrooms (one quite spacious and the other smaller). AC kept the place quite cool but we were comfortable with open windows and fans--it was humid but that's Puerto Rico! The kitchen had everything we needed and we put the coffeemaker and coffee to good use. The balcony and rooftop were very nice. The place met our needs well!

We were a group of 9, and stayed in apartments 301 & 302, for a week. Both apartments were as described in the listings. Kitchen counters are a bit tight if you plan on utilizing the space for more than just breakfast. The various layers of security, like locked gates to the parking areas, locked main door to the apartment building, and locks on the individual apartments are nice but a bit cumbersome at times. Overall, a good experience.

So much to love about this place, from the clean spacious interior (and comfy patio) to its closeness to wonderful restaurants (Bocca and Acupulco were our favorites) and the beach! The apartment had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to staples (coffee, sugar) and even some toiletries (sunscreen and bug spray). Eileen was also one of the most responsive helpful hosts we've come across (loved her tips!). The only thing that was less than ideal was the nighttime noise (from the front bedroom particularly) on our first night because of its closeness to the road. With a fan or the AC going the noise was manageable and we slept great after that! We hope to get back to San Juan again and will definitely stay at this place. It was close to everything we wanted to visit and we loved being able to walk to restaurants and bars ( fun night at La Panchanga!) Thanks Eileen!

Eddie was a great host! Very responsive and super helpful. The place itself was beautiful and clean, as advertised. The only downside at all is that the area itself is a bit noisy. The place is in an industrial area and sits above a store, so there is some noise from traffic/trucks and the comings and goings of people. Overall, a great place to stay and a fantastic host!

We had a fantastic stay at Moon’s place. It was just as described - the views from the window were incredible! Right above the pool and steps from the beach. Moon provided beach chairs and towels, and access to the beautiful beach was easy. We loved the beach with its soft sand, warm water and big waves! A short walk along the beach was a stand selling coconuts and pineapple, ices and pina coladas! Easy to walk to the local restaurants - favorites included Bebo’s Cafe for local Puerto Rican cuisine, La Cantina Argentina, and Sobao’s Cafe for coffee/breakfast. It’s felt safe walking around and most people were friendly and happy to help. We rented a car for one day from Enterprise, a 10 minute walk along the road. We visited El Yunque rain forest - wow! Amazing experience. Uber was definitely the way to go for most places, easier than trying to park! Old San Juan is a must visit! One of my favorite vacations!

This was an amazing pick. Ami was a great host. We stayed in PR for my son’s 13th birthday and Ami even set up balloons for our entry. Endless suggestions were given on where to go and what to do. 10/10 stay

The place is in a great location, close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The room is spacious and comfortable. While the balcony is small but it gives a view to see the ocean. Paul was very responsive to our questions and provided solutions instantly. We enjoyed our stay at Paul’s place.

Loved staying at Tania’s place in Isla Verde. The apartment is spacious, clean and in a great location. The building is secure and has a pool and direct access to the beach. Tania is a great host, attentive and responsive. Highly recommended and I will be definitely staying here again!

Isla Verde is an ideal winter getaway! The beach is spectacular and its proximity to San Juan affords multitude of cultural opportunities and fantastic restaurants. Marisol's apartment is an ideal base of operations and is also one of the highlights of the trip itself. Lingering over morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach each morning as we read our books and planned our day was one of the great highlights of our trip!

We had a fabulous stay in this condo. It was about a 1 minute walk to the beach that was a perfect size for our family (kids 8 & 10) and there were not many others on the beach which made it more relaxing. It was nice having 2 pool areas to choose from. The hosts were very quick to respond, especially regarding 2 items that were not there (umbrella and washing machine soap) and quickly provided those when asked. The other small amenities in the place were great (cooler, beach toys, wagon, board games, etc.) t was hard to figure out where the key was to get in, especially since we arrived at 4AM so it was dark and the directions were on the site in Spanish, but eventually we figured it out (key is in a lockbox on the back of the parking spot cement bumper). Other than that brief frustration it was lovely. Not many restaurants to walk to but we didn't care about that and liked a local bakery and pizza place we could walk to. Overall it was fairly quiet and a wonderful family vacation!

Great Airbnb and location. Easy access to everything; restaurants, shops, pool, beach, etc. Apt was very nice and comfortable. Had beach chairs and towels for 6, and cooler for the beach. Kitchen had new appliances and everything needed. Host was very professional and in constant communication, and provided all necessary details. Security guard available at all times. Would definitely recommend and rent again.
