Amazing location, only a 5 minute walk from the Straubing "square" with lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bars and beautiful walking areas but also a similar distance to the train station and main bus stops. The owner was always very responsive and extremely helpful. An ideal location and owner for a stay in Straubing short or long. Only slight note of caution is realise this is an "efficiency" (no separate bedroom) apartment. I was aware and worked fantastic for me!

The swimming pool and ping pong table were the highlight of the kids. The listing was as described. The dining area offered plenty of space. And the couch invited you to relax. Communication with Judith was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the too much accommodation.

The apartment is large and has everything needed. The associated underground parking space is a highlight, especially on the hotter days. Christian is a great host. We felt very well taken care of at any time with him.

A quiet apartment in a holiday village in the Palatinate Forest. We had nice neighbors, and experienced a beautiful scenery! I also found it pleasant that this area was not as touristy as other areas. Our host went out of her way to accommodate our requests. Thank you so much dear host!!

Cozy room under the roof with Herrgottswinkel, comfortable bed and beautiful floor recycled from a sports hall. Everything there as you need it, but unfortunately no shower - but that was also described. Infrared heating ensures pleasant radiant heat.

It is a very nice and top equipped apartment. We felt at home. The area/neighborhood is very quiet and ideally located for hiking, for example. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice time with Elena and Matthias! It was very clean and beautiful! Communication with Elena was very good and she was very helpful and gave us some recommendations for good restaurants! She was very helpful when we had a problem with Netflix. Our kids definitely enjoyed watching TV in bed! It was so unfortunate that we didn't meet Elena and Matthias, but we definitely felt at home! We liked the bed so much, it's hard and comfortable! The ventilation system makes everything even more comfortable. We would stay here again if we were ever here again!

Pleasant stay in the nice apartment. Communication was great. The hot tub is very good for relaxing. The sauna was okay as it only got up to an estimated 60 degrees hot, otherwise everything worked out 👍🏽

The place is super nice, we really enjoyed the time there. The sauna and steam room are really a highlight. But also the rest of the apartment is totally recommended. The panoramic retreat is a beautifully designed property that puts a lot of love into it. Great decor details in every room. You enter the apartment and feel right at home. Nothing is missing!!!! The outdoor area is also beautiful and invites you to linger. Whether on the great terrace with cozy barbecues or relaxing in the hot tub. All in all it is a beautiful place and you can completely unwind and enjoy.

If you are looking for a peacful place and wish to relax, it is the place. Kind host and a nice whirlpool.

Unfortunately, we were unable to take the trip due to illness. However, Matthias was ALWAYS super friendly, helpful, the communication was really very good and he responded very quickly. I saved the accommodation and we will definitely book with him again and then really arrive.
