Wonderful well equipped house in a peaceful, beautiful location. Jim and Debbie are very responsive, kind and full of fantastic recommendations. We picked the perfect place to stay for an entire month. We highly recommend this property.

The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The place was immaculate! We booked on short notice and arrived with everything taken care off. We were there in the “off season” must only get better “in season”.

AMAZING HOME WITH AWESOME HOST!!! We can't say enough good things about Nancy's home. The view was just awesome and exactly as described both in pictures and words. Communication with Nancy is terrific! Her instructions were so comprehensive and clear it left no questions. The organization and amenities provided in the home were fantastic. My wife and I simply loved the layout of the home and being able to bring our pups with us. We really didn't want to leave. It was everything my wife and I hope to have in a forever home some day. From the artic entry to the dedicated dog area to the open concept and beautiful views, I just cant say enough about how wonderful an experience this was. I truly hope we will be able to return soon and stay longer. This was one for the record books.

We had a wonderful stay at Scott’s beautiful lakeside home at the Finger Lakes! We stayed for three days to celebrate my wife's birthday, and this serene spot made it truly special. The house is peaceful and perfectly situated by the lake, providing a perfect escape. Scott was incredibly responsive and proactive—he made sure we had all the instructions we needed in advance, and the home was equipped with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. It was clear he put thought into ensuring a smooth experience for his guests. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

We had a great stay on the lake. The property is perfect for a family, group or couple. The water access is amazing. The outdoor grill and flat top stove allowed us to have dinners outside with phenomenal views. The communication with the owners was awesome. We brought our kids and had a great time.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!!! I cannot say enough about how amazing Deb was. She and Joe constantly went above and beyond. The house is beautiful!! Very clean. Huge, loads of space. Great amenities. 2 second walk to the lake. Great internet if you’re working from home. We made memories to last a lifetime and we will be back next summer!!

the second we walked in, it felt warm and inviting and we felt very much at home. There was Christmas music playing when we arrived and a lit Christmas tree which was delightful. The house was cozy, and the beds were ULTRA COMFY! Communication was timely , helpful and pleasant

Fred’s place was absolutely stunning - both inside and outside. Fred was very responsive to our questions. The place itself is spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful. We would love to visit again!!

It was a perfect spot for us commuting between family and the vineyards, breweries and cideries. The cottage has great character and beautiful waterfront with a nice, relaxed vibe. The morning sunrise can’t be beat! Going during the off season made it so quiet! We loved it!

We had such a wonderful time! The house was squeaky clean and exactly as pictured. You could hear the sound of the waves while sitting in the living room. Will definitely book again!

Our stay at Pine Cottage was the perfect getaway for my girlfriend’s birthday. The space was quiet and cozy, easy to fine. The home was equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub house was amazing and the views from every window were beautiful. Jan was very helpful and responsive with any questions that had. We look forward to staying here again, especially in the warmer months. Thank you Jan! For everything 🙂
