I was transported back in time to my parents' farm in the Vumba and my aunt's house in Mutare. This is truly a gem and I would love to stay again. The cottage has been carefully maintained and has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The tin pool and outdoor shower were tops next to the magnificent night sky. As an artist who travels alot accommodation especially the bed and environment are important to me. Sleep is so needed when touring and this spot is a gem. The space was chilled and cozy, super neat and well taken care of, so I’ll definitely book this spot again. Madea is wonderful, very kind, sweat and an incredible host, she made sure we had all we needed and we’re settle and happy. And by the time we left Madea was like family. We had a wonderful stay! The photos don’t do the place justice—it’s even better in person. Jo-Anne was a friendly and accommodating host. Highly recommend! Just a note: there isn’t much freezer space available so if you're travelling with frozen food it may be a bit of a problem. Other than that everything was perfect. We Loved the small attention to detail.

We stayed overnight, we enjoyed the cottage, which has all the commodities, all clean and neat + Aircon on both of the bedrooms, private access, and secure parking. we recommend to anyone visiting Beauford West

We had a lovely stopover on way to Plett, great Braai facility, comfy beds. Nice to experience a night on a farm in the Karoo.

The scenery was breath taking on the way to the farm. The accommodation was country chic...expertly decorated that makes you feel that this is home, this is where you can relax and recharge. Andrew was an excellent help and quickly answered my myriad of questions. I unfortunately got sick on the way to Andrew and Linda's place so I didnt get to take a walk in the veld but I did enjoy Linda's beautiful garden. I will have to make their place our next stop over place when we go to Cape Town again so that I get to explore their farm.
