House vacation rentals in Vézère

Quietly located accommodation which is very nice, while remaining close to Brive for all the shops, there is nothing missing! Sandrine and her husband are very welcoming! They are good tips for restaurants and local activities/tours. The pool is very nice even if the weather for our week wasn't there to make the most of it. The accommodation is exactly as described, it is very well equipped and very clean. We wouldn't have to worry about coming back!

It was an unforgettable vacation! Villa with a stunning view in complete unity with nature and at the same time 5 minutes drive to the city. Excellent covered terrace with a swimming pool allows you to enjoy nature, silence and fresh air even in rainy weather. The hosts were very responsive and ready to help. The house has everything you need. Thank you very much for our unforgettable vacation!!!

In addition, the house is nice, the air conditioning at the bedroom level is an asset and the pool is ideal for a family. Beautiful holiday home, fully kitted out with everything you might need. It was also pristine in terms of cleanliness. Sam (the host) was extremely helpful when we arrived (and flexible as we were running late) and was on hand with any questions throughout our stay. The house was extremely comfortable and finished to a v high spec (blackout blinds, aircon etc). Lots of toys / games to entertain the children (and us!). Travel cot and change mat was provided for free for our 10m old, the electric pool cover felt v safe with the children as well (and looked nice for a pool cover!). The vegetable garden was a nice touch (we were lucky with tomatoes, courgettes and peaches from the garden). 4 nights was not enough, we could have stayed a lot longer. In terms of local visits, we managed to see the Marqueyssac gardens, Castelnaud and Sarlat but there was plenty more close by, the house was really well located. Thanks for a brilliant stay - we will be back!

Excellent accommodation with all the necessary amenities. Terrace and very large and enjoyable exterior. The availability of all the sports equipment allowed us to have a great weekend with friends. The bedding is perfect. Jean Luc was very accommodating on the arrival and departure time so very appreciated because we came from afar.

Lovely place in beautiful location. The house is very well equipped and offers plenty of activities for all sort of interests and weather conditions. Sylvette is a very friendly and attentive hostess. We had a great stay, thank you!

We just spent a week in this pretty terraced house but zero opposite, well insulated house. A very spacious house, tastefully decorated. Absolutely everything is new. Three large bedrooms with good quality bedding and very well protected bedding. Plenty of storage (closet every room in the house). Our kids loved the pool, so did the parents, but there were a few degrees missing given the cool nights. Air conditioning is also a plus for this listing. We only used it for a few hours because sincerely the house was super cool (knowing that it was more than 30° all week). Pleasant surprise also to see in the kitchen: salt, peppers, spices, coffee pods, tea, sugar etc. Quantity bath towels nothing to say perfect. In short, I no longer have much room to thank Alain for his very warm welcome, he will not hesitate to share with you the wonders to visit in his pretty region that he talks about with heart.

We were happy to stay at Marylene's place. Very welcoming host, pleasant accommodation, nothing missing.

For what was a budget friendly stay for us we were happy with the accommodation and it’s facilities. The hot tub was perfect to enjoy at any time of the day and was totally private. Our dog Merlin had plenty of space to explore the gardens and plenty of beautiful walks nearby. Although we were there out of season, there was still many things in the local area to do. We highly recommend visiting Chamberet to hire some electric bikes and tour the wonderful scenery. Seems to be lots of English in the area which meant many restaurants/places of interest had English speakers. Although not essential for us, it could be beneficial for future guests whom may struggle with the French language. We only had one negative to our experience and it was that the double bed wasn’t at all comfortable. Although, we appreciate for some, the hard spring mattress may be exactly what they like. Never the less, we spend the rest of our stay on the two single beds instead which were a little better for us.

Very nice chalet, well-equipped. Very nice welcome. Close to amenities. In the heart of different points of interest. Everything is perfect for a lovely stay at Pierre-Louis's.

We only stayed 3 days without unfortunately being able to enjoy the very nice pool for lack of capricious weather, but appreciated the many quality household appliances, sufficient dishes, etc. The house is very well-equipped and very clean. Our host was responsive and attentive to our comfort.

We had a pleasant stay at Périgord Noir thanks to the good location of Francis' cottage. The cottage is very well decorated and above all super well-equipped. The garden is a real plus for a family with children like us and Francis is very friendly and accommodating on the arrival time. We recommend Francis and his place for a peaceful stay!

Beautiful house, impeccable very well equipped. The game room is great. Florence had decorated the house for Christmas. No complaints, you can go there without a second thought.

We had a great stay at Muriel's, it's exactly the holidays we needed... quiet, with everything we needed to take care of on site (swimming pool, large garden, large living spaces, all the essentials for a baby and much more...), moreover the accommodation offers high quality services (functional and very well equipped kitchen, covered pool, air conditioning, storage... everything is decorated and furnished with great taste, everything is done to make you feel at home. Lovely gîte in beautiful setting with fantastic outside spaces. Superb pool with beautiful views towards Sarlat. Wonderfully equipped accommodation with everything you could need. It was lovely to turn up and have the beds made and not have to shop for any of the essentials such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc. Katie was a wonderful host, with a great knowledge of the area. She provided an excellent welcome pack which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, with lovely large garden and good sized pool. The location is very peaceful, but close to the A20 for easy access around the area.

Peaceful and pleasant, I had a very nice stay with my children. Vast and secure. I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the amenities were very well maintained and allowed the children to walk safely. There's a variety of things to do. I highly recommend it!
