A big thank you to Romain and Laetitia for their accommodation. We had a great weekend with our friends and our little watches were delighted! The setting is beautiful, the outside is great. The sun was there, which made it even more enjoyable. It has everything you need in the house and that's really a plus. We'll be happy to recommend you and we'll be back too, but this time without the cold. 😅

Very pleasant holiday home, totally renovated. All amenities are available. To your location, this is a very nice starting point for excursions. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

We had a lovely Christmas with family in Bénédicte's house. It is a charming, cozy and functional home where everyone quickly felt at home. We enjoyed the pellet stove lit on arrival and the short walks nearby with proximity to the beach. Bénédicte is easily reachable and just as pleasant as her home. We would recommend it in a second!

Very nice stay! Vanessa and Ludovic are extremely welcoming. The accommodation is bright, clean, perfectly suitable for children, as described. The decor is neat, the layout is functional. The peaceful environment, outdoor games and animals will delight young and old. We'll be back with pleasure :)

We had a great time at Florence's place. The accommodation is clean, functional, many rooms with good bedding. The terrace is beautiful with beautiful view. The house is really cute. You can get everywhere on foot (harbor, beach, funicular, restaurants,...). Florence is very nice, available, ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This is a real good place to remember. Cute, functional and extremely well located apartment. The view is on the harbor is beautiful and on the bedroom side you can see the top of the Benedictine. We will come back without hesitation

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Very functional accommodation with a beautiful view from all the rooms. The bathroom is new and very pleasant. The building is very well located. Excellent contact with Laurence and Anaïs who were very flexible on schedules. It was great for a weekend. We'll be back.

At the risk of repeating myself because we are coming back for the third time: small very comfortable apartment with a nice courtyard, ideal with small children on foot thanks to its central location and a small room that they like very much. Very well located apartment right next to the port and the beach, you can walk to Cabourg. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy parking around the residence, sunny balcony all afternoon with a beautiful view of Dives-sur-Mer. Ideal accommodation for a family of 4.
