Chalet vacation rentals in Verzasca

A lovely chalet with three independent bedrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen. Everything was very clean. Just a few meters away, there is a free public swimming pool and a bouldering hall. The ski lift to Fiescheralp is within walking distance, though carrying boots, skis, and managing kids might make it feel like a bit of a trek. Alternatively, there is a train stop at the resort, which was quite convenient for us. The ski lift is just one stop away. The only drawback is that the chalet has only one bathroom. We were four adults and two children and mornings got a little hectic!

Authentically renovated rustic house, where we felt very comfortable even on rainy days. The property is equipped with everything you need. The house warms up quickly with the wood-burning stove and is very comfortable. Hosts Sandro and Petra are extremely helpful. The location in Selma is centrally located in the valley and is a good starting point for hikes or family time on the river. We will be happy to come back.

Thank you Marc and Franziska for your hospitality and kindness. The chalet was a gorgeous escape from London. The kitchen was fabulous for Christmas cooking and we enjoyed our relaxing stay. We hope to stay again and see more of Bellwald.

Our group of 6 (2 couples) enjoyed a great weekend at Lucia’s place. The chalet is beautiful - tasteful and very comfortable. The village (and house) are reachable by public transport, but because train/bus connections are fairly infrequent, we were happy to have a car - it would have been tricky to rent snowshoes or grab last minute groceries without it. We would love to return, perhaps in the summer to enjoy the outdoor fireplace.

A beautiful, calm and peaceful place surrounded by nature and many activity possibilities. The house is very cosy and the hosts are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. We felt warmly welcomed and and enjoyed our time here very much!

Fantastic home and host. Very comfortable home for 2 families and very close and easy walk to everything! 20-30 seconds to bus stop… 1-2 minutes to Gemsstock Gondola… 3-4 minutes to cafes/bars/restaurants… 8-10 minutes to train station….

This place is simply incredible! The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our groups of 7. The layout and interior design with the stone walls, fresh greenery and modern kitchen make this such a unique place. Not to mention the stunning views! Waking up and having our coffee at the balcony made us not want to leave the house. The sauna is definitely a must add-on. It is a sweet space to have some alone time and relax, fully equipped with shower and other thoughtful details like essential oils and meditation mats. The host was quick to respond and flexible. This made our time with family extra special. This is one of those places where pictures don’t do justice. You will pleasantly surprised!

we had a party of 16 adults and even though we were definitely at the limit for adults sleeping there's the place still felt spacious and not cluttered. some flexibility needs to be had with a party this size and the sleeping arrangements, but once we were settled we truly loved this location and this house. the evenings by the fireplace and the endless hot water were greatly appreciated for the evenings it is an easy walk to the restaurant center, 2 minutes walk/ski to Gemstock gondola, and the Line 1 shuttle drops you off right in front. we could not have asked for a more perfect stay for our Alpine ski trip. Happily recommend this for a large ski group.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT
