We had nothing but a positive experience. Apartment was as described and we would not hesitate to stay again.

AMAZING location within walking distance to anything you could want to do in downtown Indianapolis. My husband and two oldest went to see deftones at Gainbridge and had less than a 10 minute walk. Always felt safe in the area and the entire building was clean and welcoming. I would recommend this air bnb to anyone who wants to spend a weekend in town and stay busy. The bed was comfortable and there were even pull out twin sized beds that our oldest kids thought were comfy. Everything was clean and well kept. Thanks for the great stay!

Samantha gave amazing instructions on checking in and checking out. The place was easy to find and I liked that there was a private parking lot. It was also close enough to the convention center to take an Uber relatively cheap and still get there pretty quick. I would definitely stay again.

Clean, nice apartment exactly as described. Modern furnishings and appliances and easy to come and go in downtown Indy. Having a complimentary parking spot was clutch!

Place was very clean and host was very responsive. Futon is the second bed. Couch is not a pull out. Futon is very uncomfortable but I was aware it was a futon when booking so it wasn't a surprise. Limited linens so best to bring your own if you need the second or third bed.

After researching where to stay during our quick friends' trip to Indianapolis, we decided to find a place in Broad Ripple. We wanted to be in a good neighborhood with places to eat, drink, & shop nearby. Daniel's place was in this area, so we chose it. What a great surprise to be within 5 minutes of walking to all we were looking for! We went for BBQ & then a few pubs the first night. The next day we walked around again to shop & eat. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Its much cuter in person. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean kitchen. Sizable couches to relax on & talk with friends. Nice variety of coffees to choose from (but the Keurig was kind of tricky to figure out). I'd definitely stay at Daniel's place again.

My family was obsessed with this place! The kids loved the upstairs “kid’s club”! Everything was perfect honestly. We just wish we had more time there to use the fancy kitchen and sit on the large porch. Rainy weather restricted us but we would love to come again to explore Indy more!

We had a convention in downtown so our drive was 55 minutes away but honestly, it was so nice and we loved the place so in the end...it was worth the drive. Cutest place and it was very spacious and roomie. Had all the little things that you sometime get stuck buying (like detergent, dish soap, etc) so it was really nice. Me and my daughter had a good time there and enjoyed the warmly decorated place. I'd stay there again if in the area.

Adam's home is a beautifully updated space - very inviting and looks exactly like the pictures. It was mild early March weather and we especially enjoyed the backyard! We had never stayed in Windsor Park, it is a fun and eclectic neighborhood. Although we prefer Broad Ripple, we always felt safe and enjoyed walking to Mass Avenue and The Garage.

Great spot. VERY clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. I was in town for an event at the high school my kids were participating in, so this location was ideal for that.

One of the standout features was the amazing family couch—so cozy and spacious, perfect for movie nights and relaxing after a long day. The entire home had such a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect stay for our family. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly home with a host who goes above and beyond, this is the place to book! We are extending it stay we liked it so much!!

The photos don't do Lori's home justice. It is so comfy and cozy and the perfect place to relax. It's centrally located and in a nice little neighborhood. The beds were comfy and the bathroom is a nice size. Lori was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

A great place in the heart of Broad Ripple! Convenient, clean, and comfortable.

This place is beautiful and spacious, Joanne is friendly and helpful (and sometimes downstairs at the chocolate shop), and flexible. Highly recommended, especially if you need access to Carmel.

Overall, the stay was great. parking was good but tricky if you have a bigger auto. Window curtains are very see through. Other than that, I really felt at home in this rental. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful visit to Indianapolis, while staying in Terri's home. We enjoyed the comfortable feeling Terri's home provided us. Especially enjoyed the morning coffee she supplied and creamers. We are looking forward to visiting again and hope Terri's place will be available. We also enjoyed her home because of the location, walkable option from Lucas Stadium and the Conference Center. Deborah’s place was amazing, so cozy for a couple of nights with my mom and I in Broad Ripple. Location was very easily drivable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Deborah was super communicative and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into furnishing the space to make it comfortable

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

I want to thank Rod for sharing this place in the downtown New Castle. We walked a block and shopped at a couple of stores and got something to eat at the downtown restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and was happy to relax. Very quiet neighborhood

Chris’s place was a great place to stay for my weekend trip. Tons of space and well kept. Very responsive host. Good peaceful area. Could hear the people upstairs walking a bit but was never an issue. Definitely would stay here again !
