When you spend 12 hours driving in the car to get somewhere you want it to be incredible. It was more than that. Our family simply loved being here. Time stood still. The house, the pool and the surroundings were amazing!

We had a great week at this place to stay. When we arrived, the house was spotless and well equipped. The location is ideal, close to a forest and a charming village with bakery, cafe, restaurant, tobacco and grocery store. Lidl, Action and Marché U supermarkets are only a 10 minute drive away. Sophie, our host, was very available by phone, and Sylvain, the neighbor, welcomed us warmly with great advice on the area. We took full advantage of the spa, pool and ping pong table. The kids had fun with the bikes, toys, and swing. Don't miss the BBQ and ice dispenser! Note that a little extra charge for electricity is to be provided for the spa, heated pool and other facilities that consume more. I would highly recommend this place to families looking for a peaceful and green setting.

When we decided to spend a few days in the countryside, we didn't know this getaway would be so wonderful. As soon as we arrived, our host's warm welcome immediately set the scene for a memorable experience. His sincere smile and delicate touches made us feel at home. The premises were spotless, and the furniture provided brought a touch of comfort and charm. Every room seemed to tell a story, and we could feel the love our host had set out to set up this place. The natural setting around us was simply relaxing. I highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to get away from it all. Alan and Heather were very welcoming and helpful, always ready to respond to our needs. The place was easily located and easy to get to. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and enjoyed the pool. In fact, we were even able to enjoy it in rainy weather thanks to a specific shelter installed for this purpose. Regarding the equipment, there is everything you need (kitchen, bathroom...) The cottage also has a large green space, a large area for children with several games and a barbecue.

We had a great extended weekend with friends. - Peaceful place in the middle of the countryside. - A spacious space with quality services. - Note a very large kitchen very well equipped, 4 bedrooms each with their bathroom with toilet, the fireplace area (remember to bring enough to make a fire)

everything was perfect, the wonderful place, the activities offered in the house, a peaceful and welcoming place, warm, we were there for winter but with the pool and the size of the garden in summer must be fabulous, perfect communication with Lauriane!

Claire's welcome was great, with small intentions like fresh eggs or a fruit basket. The house is perfect in the middle of Claire's fields, plenty of space, and for a group of 10 enough bedding. Bonus to go see and feed the animals! We would totally recommend and will come back without hesitation 😉

We enjoyed staying with Pierre and Chantal very much. We were personally welcomed upon our arrival. Although we hardly speak French, we had a very nice exchange. We particularly liked the living room with fireplace and large kitchen. We were provided several times by Pierre with firewood, so we could spend the bad weather by the fireplace. The place has a great garden and a nice view of the valley. Unfortunately, walks are not so easy right from the property, as most paths are private or driveways. Excursions to Vimoutiers are also possible only by car. The place is perfect for a relaxing getaway!

A peaceful harbor in the heart of Le Perche Regional Park with a covered terrace with magnificent views of rolling countryside, sometimes visited by deer. Very comfortable and warm cottage, particularly well equipped, nothing is missing. Sophie is a very welcoming, attentive and very responsive host. We will happily come back on sunny days to enjoy the beautiful terrace and barbecue.

It was a very pleasant stay thanks to: - Isabelle and Dominique's kindness and attentive welcome - to the comfort of the accommodation, very clean and functional - with a superb environment: the accommodation overlooks a beautiful garden with a pond and forested hills, which is very relaxing. Our stay was very pleasant in this large house, in line with the photos, very well equipped. We particularly appreciated the comfort of heating by these outdoor temperatures close to 0 degrees. The kids were excited to go see the chickens and pick up the eggs. As for Jane, you can't be more welcoming and available. We are delighted to have met you and will be back on sunny days!

Very recently tastefully restored old house. Bright, spacious, perfectly equipped, good bedding, very good heating. Summer veranda (unheated). Large enclosed garden. Super quiet environment. Nearby walking or cycling tours. Friendly and responsive host, flexible for check-in and check-out times. Great stay!

I only stayed there one night but it was a real pleasure, the house is well maintained, pretty, pleasant, it feels positive, I felt very good and thank you for the welcome which was excellent from start to finish. I would recommend it 100%
