Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Vera-Playa

What can I say. An amazing place for us to stay with our dogs. Very flexible check in and check out. The host was very helpful indeed and made our stay very welcome. Only 4 minutes walk to the beach and the location is very pieceful. Highly recommended and we will definatley come and stay here again.

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days in the area. Everything is very new and the house has all the details. Air conditioning has been vital for these hot days. The development is very quiet, the pool opens until 12:00pm at night and has a Mercadona supermarket about 200 m away. We are sure to return on our next visit to Vera Playa.

We had such an amazing Christmas break here at this beautiful villa, Sara and Dominic were welcoming hosts and the villa is beautiful in the most peaceful setting amongst the orange trees. The facilities are great with so many bbq space and the games room and beach tennis court as well as a kids area which our 1 year old loved. We would love to return as it is such a find we highly recommend. The surrounding areas of Vera and Mojacar are also great to visit especially Mojacar which is a stunning place to visit for sights and great food.

the house is very nice and very spacious. the rooms are very cool and at night you slept in glory. The two rooms give a terrace. Also the rooftop gives the view to the wonderful sea. Everything very well the location of the house is great 5 minutes from the beach and the urban center 10 minutes also. It has the health center 5 minutes away. Excellent treatment from Julia was very attentive to everything. I encourage you to come this luxury one.

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

Amazing place. The garden is very nice for doing a workout or chilling in the sun. The house is very light and spacious The host's father is the neighbor and very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The sea and beach is on a 2 minute walk, groceries a few minutes by car. So it's a perfect place to work from while getting non-work done quick.

We had an extended stay in this gorgeous villa. We loved everything about it and Carmen was the perfect host. She went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as she could and she always communicated well. The villa has a fabulous pool and garden area which was private and secure, and the house itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We shall definitely book here again. Carboneras is a typically Spanish town with very little English spoken, but the locals really appreciate you trying out the language and always try their best to make you feel welcome.

Literally cannot say enough great things about our stay at this lovely home. So peaceful and within walking distance of all Mojacar Village has to offer. Stunning view and very peaceful. Paris was very welcoming and gave us some great recommendations. Would love to stay again if we are ever back in this beautiful part of the country.

Pretty good accommodation. Next to the beach, chiringuitos and not far from the nightclub area. The Mercadona walk is quite far. There is a small supermarket very close. Facilities like the pools, jacuzzi, and gym are great. Highly recommended.

Magnificent apartment in Carboneras. Very spacious and well equipped with everything you may need. The terrace is wonderful, with great views of Carboneras and the sea. It's in a quiet area, but at the same time, close to the carboneras center, and just three minutes walk from a Mercadona. Finally, it has a very good parking space in the same building. In short, 100% recommended.

Staying at Richard's Casita has been an absolute delight and a perfect choice for my trip. I'm completely enchanted by this wonderful village and its warm, welcoming people. Third stay…. Still as good! Arentzazu is a very pleasant and available host. The apartment is perfect, located close to the beach, and possibility to enjoy everything nearby. The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

our stay has been great, the apartment is beautiful the patio is great to be with the family, if the children are older you can go to the pool walking because it is right behind. the area is super quiet respecting the hours of silence, right in front there is a super that they have everything even if it seems small and by the area more. You have the maritimo walk and the garrocha beach 10 minutes away. Jorge is a very attentive and polite person. She was attentive at all times to know how we were and by going alone with the children I allowed myself to enter earlier. I can't say anything negative except that I missed days to see more things. we will be back for sure.

I enjoyed my short stay. The beach is across the street. Restaurants and shops are plentiful and easy to walk to. I loved walking along the promenade. I got lost trying to find it. Ask for the name of a restaurant nearby to use as a landmark. That will make it easier to find. Most buildings don't have numbers on them.

The house was amazing and so comfortable with great facilities. We enjoyed the outside spaces, especially relaxing on the roof top terrace with sea views and wonderful sun rises. It’s a perfect location with so much to do. A car helped us explore further beyond beautiful Mojacar. Romaine is a perfect host and we were grateful for the whole experience, enhanced by Romaines support, evident right from the point of booking our holiday. It’s all perfect and the house is so tastefully put together, with everything you need for a perfect stay. We will return without a doubt!
