Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Vera-Playa

What can I say. An amazing place for us to stay with our dogs. Very flexible check in and check out. The host was very helpful indeed and made our stay very welcome. Only 4 minutes walk to the beach and the location is very pieceful. Highly recommended and we will definatley come and stay here again.

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days in the area. Everything is very new and the house has all the details. Air conditioning has been vital for these hot days. The development is very quiet, the pool opens until 12:00pm at night and has a Mercadona supermarket about 200 m away. We are sure to return on our next visit to Vera Playa.

We had such an amazing Christmas break here at this beautiful villa, Sara and Dominic were welcoming hosts and the villa is beautiful in the most peaceful setting amongst the orange trees. The facilities are great with so many bbq space and the games room and beach tennis court as well as a kids area which our 1 year old loved. We would love to return as it is such a find we highly recommend. The surrounding areas of Vera and Mojacar are also great to visit especially Mojacar which is a stunning place to visit for sights and great food.

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

The house is very tastefully decorated, all quality. There's no lack of detail. Very nice house, comfortable and in a very good area. Laura's attention, friendly and always attentive. 10!

Amazing place. The garden is very nice for doing a workout or chilling in the sun. The house is very light and spacious The host's father is the neighbor and very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The sea and beach is on a 2 minute walk, groceries a few minutes by car. So it's a perfect place to work from while getting non-work done quick.

Location, communication all good. Nice house with amazing pool, everything you need including pizza oven! Only downside kitchen was a little messy/not very clean.

Literally cannot say enough great things about our stay at this lovely home. So peaceful and within walking distance of all Mojacar Village has to offer. Stunning view and very peaceful. Paris was very welcoming and gave us some great recommendations. Would love to stay again if we are ever back in this beautiful part of the country.

We felt right at home at Clarissa's place. We were greeted in person at the apartment and given the grand tour. The place isn't big, but it is one of the best equipped we've seen so far (we've seen a lot). Whether you need a garlic presser, a basting brush, a bbq, a great espresso machine & frother, plastic containers, beach equipment, paper products, soaps and detergents, washing machine, a clothes drying rack... it's all there. And where she wins the gold medal, is for matching clothes hangers, dishes and utensils. It is obvious she cares about her place and her guests. Neighbours all around, but generally speaking, pretty quiet. We had a drain odor problem following the big rainstorms in October and she was 100% in solution mode. Nice lush golf neighbourhood. Highly recommend. We will definitely go back when we return cycling in Mojacar.

Pretty good accommodation. Next to the beach, chiringuitos and not far from the nightclub area. The Mercadona walk is quite far. There is a small supermarket very close. Facilities like the pools, jacuzzi, and gym are great. Highly recommended.

The studio was bigger than expected. I do yoga and had enough space with the bed in 2 person mode. (It's possible to transform it into a single bed!) There is a very spacious built-in closet, to store all your luggage and organize it nicely. The studio kitchen has an oven, microwave, gasstove, airfryer, toaster, water cooker, coffee machine, fridge with freeze compartment. Nice neighbours, very quiet (you hear a lot of birds!) It's easy to reach most places on foot or by bus (only 3 times a day, but it works perfectly). The people in Antas are truly the nicest people I met during my travels in Spain! They were so helpful and friendly! Richard is truly a super host! He picked me up from the busstop in Vera for free, gave me a ride to the supermarket in Vera. Introduced me to some really nice people which I deeply connected with. Invited me to a jazz concert he was playing in. And he is very friendly and responsive. I felt incredibly spoilt and enjoyed every minute of my stay! 🥰

Many thanks to Virtudes, although we did not have the opportunity to meet her personally, as she was in contact at all times and provided us with important information about Carboneras by WhatsApp, and interesting places to see and eat. The apartment is great, very spacious and close to the beach, with everything you need. We were super comfortable. To repeat.

This apartment is on a very modern and well maintained complex, with a fantastic pool and beautiful gardens. There is ample roadside parking, but we parked in the underground garage for convenience. As the complex is gated, it feels very secure and there is a friendly community feel to the place that we have not noticed anywhere else. The accommodation is light and airy and was cleaned to a very high standard. The kitchen really has every modern convenience you could want. We loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy our breakfast with a view of the mountains. The complex is in a good location for all amenities. As well as walking into the town and along the sandy beach, we enjoyed driving out to find all the little coves and bays along the coast; most of them almost deserted in September, despite the warm weather and crystal clear water. The owner, Dawn, is very friendly, and helpful and quick to respond to any questions and we can thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Third stay…. Still as good! Arentzazu is a very pleasant and available host. The apartment is perfect, located close to the beach, and possibility to enjoy everything nearby. The area is nice, what happiness! See you very soon for a fourth stay! And thank you for welcoming us to your little paradise!

Close to shops, beach and all what you need. Nice outdoor space to play. Clean and good rooms.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

The house was amazing and so comfortable with great facilities. We enjoyed the outside spaces, especially relaxing on the roof top terrace with sea views and wonderful sun rises. It’s a perfect location with so much to do. A car helped us explore further beyond beautiful Mojacar. Romaine is a perfect host and we were grateful for the whole experience, enhanced by Romaines support, evident right from the point of booking our holiday. It’s all perfect and the house is so tastefully put together, with everything you need for a perfect stay. We will return without a doubt! A super nice stay, we didn't have any problems and the host was super attentive to everything. The house 10 out of 10. Definitely the best part of the house is the patio with access to the pool and sofas to be quiet. We left very happy and unwilling to leave.
