The backyard with the tennis/ basketball court was perfect. The kids had plenty of space to play. We really enjoyed the 4 different living spaces, provided ample amount of room and space for everyone. The smart televisions in the rooms were an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again! The nearby shopping plazas put everything at our fingertips.

Just as described, quaint but very cozy and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to local attractions.

Both the home and the yard are set up wonderfully for full enjoyment. And the neighborhood is charming too. Todd was responsive and welcoming before, during, and after our stay. We had a sweet time in Ojai over spring break at Jennifer’s house. It was plenty spacious enough for our family of five and I appreciate that she has put thought into the simple design of the space. It was a quick drive to town, which was very convenient. And there was a great pottery sale just down the street which was a fun surprise. The house sits on a pretty busy road (by Ojai standards), so it wasn’t really feasible to walk or bike with kids from the house. Other than that we had a great visit!

It's a wonderful place to stay, very clean, excellent location and great amenities. As an added bonus, there is a orange tree in the backyard that we were able to pick from. Lisa was flexible for us in on time of arrival, and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed when we arrived.

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

John’s place is perfectly located for exploring Santa Monica! Loved being able to walk right out the door to run the Pacific Trail and find great restaurants within twenty minutes walking. Balcony is a nice little extra.

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

This rental matches the description and has an ideal location in Marina del Rey, with a comfy bed and a cute balcony overlooking the boats. It was easy to park, and the bar and restaurant across the street is fantastic. It is on a street of good buildings and is a cul-de-sac, so it's quiet but walkable to everything

We loved our stay! This is the perfect location in Santa Monica and we loved how walkable it was.

We have stayed in many places in the Reseda/Encino/Tarzana area over the past year. This location was convenient for a quick, affordable stay. The only issue might be that shoes are not allowed in the rental so if there are a lot of things to unload into the unit, it isn't convenient to have to take shoes on and off. It also is a second story unit so it would not be the best for anyone not able to easily climb steps to enter, or exit, the unit. It is a minor inconvenience, but notable if anyone has a lot of luggage or supplies for their stay. We have rented multiple times from Joseph and he is very attentive and responsive to any issues or inquiries.

Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

Amazing beach house in Marina Del Rey, right by Venice beach. Very practical for a family stay. Nicole was a great host!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Definitely a well paid for stay. The view was beautiful. The suite was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, will definitely book in the future.

This was our fourth place after having to evacuate our house because of a fire. The apartment is very well designed and decorated, with functionality, quality furniture and appliances, and had all the touches of home. We are in our early 70s and I was a bit worried about the stairs, but they weren't bad at all. Like a previous user had mentioned doing, my husband and I each took one bathroom. The showers are the best, and I took pictures of the lotion and bath soap provided as I prefer them to mine. Don the handyman was kind and helpful. The area is perfect, the canals, the ocean with the Venice pier and the Marina Del Rey marina, farmers' markets, and restaurants everywhere. There is secure parking for 2 cars, which was important to us. We were close to the Los Angeles airport, Costco and Main st in Venice. We have lived in LA for over 20 years, and this was a very enjoyable "touristing" stay.

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

Marc’s house is nice. The floors weren’t clean but the rest of The house was clean. Marc is a nice host. Allowed us to his home at last minute due to The Palisades fire. The house is nice. The sofa bed very comfy. Highly recommend. We would have extended our visit except The power went out, not Marc’s fault or control, and the stairs to the house were difficult due to our puppy that has a fractured spine and has to be lifted up and down stairs. Had the internet and power stayed on we would have loved to stay longer. Marc is super awesome to have let us bring our 3 Vizsla dogs to his house. A kind host.
