Bart and Bass are great hosts, we felt very comfortable right away and were able to enjoy the time. It was as described and just right for 6 adults with a child. The park is great, all staff are very nice and the premises are well maintained. The location of the house in the park is very central, just a few minutes walk from the main house and the lake. Highly recommended!!

A cozy quaint stay! It is nuzzled in the back so it requires going through the main gate and walking through a yard to get to the entrance. Once in, the flat is cozy and the kitchen was well stocked.

Everything is very good, the hosts are very kind and concerned, the house is very comfortable, clean and the location for my family was perfect. Just like a small improvement I would recommend having a stove or heating in the bathroom where the WC is, thank you for making us feel at home.

Communication with Mark went very smoothly. He was always very quick to respond to questions. - When asked if there were cots and chairs, he said that there were only chairs, but a week before departure, he reported that beds were still arranged. - Because it was New Year, we got two extra before departure. Thank you so much!! The accommodation is very nice and spacious. Beds were covered, towels sufficiently available, everything very clean and plenty of space to park on the cars. In short, a recommendation!

Fabulous, quirky little place. Lots of character. Very peaceful but easy access to town and to the airport.

We enjoyed the coziness after the busy holidays and this in an uber cozy and equipped with everything house! Yes, say house, because with that size of rooms, sitting space and garden this is a real house! Everything available and fun playgrounds due to the extensive games cabinet and booklets for our children... delicious, thank you!

Thank you for the beautiful accommodation. There were three of us in the accommodation, felt right at home. Communication with the host was very good. (super friendly) It was very clean, nicely decorated and it was everything you need in the house. If we are in Genk again, we will definitely be back.

Henny's house has plenty of space and is at the very end of a dead end street in a quiet residential area. We liked the rotatable fireplace and the beautiful sitting area by the windows to the field the best - here you could enjoy the first coffee in the morning as well as the glass of wine in the evening. Also the beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Only criticism : the kitchen was quite dirty - the shelves greasy, the large table with stains, sink as well as fridge and stove also not cleaned. But there were enough cleaning supplies available and we quickly took care of order - after that we enjoyed our days there and can recommend the place to everyone.

Lovely place to stay with kids! The place is conveniently located near the metro station. Our daughter loved all the toys and the slide. Futhermore, the host is great! Michael went out of his way when we forgot the bag after checking out, he even offered to bring the bag to the train station for us. Amazing place and lovely host!

We had a great stay at this apartment. The host was communicated very well, with detailed instructions on how to find and enter the property, as well as being very pro-active in checking in if all was ok. We were amazed at the level of detail in amenities provided (wrapped toothbrushes, kitchen paper, spices, even milk for the coffee !!). The place was super clean and the beds were a dream to sleep in, hotel quality!

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The views of the city are amazing. I especially enjoyed the balcony deck.

A tastefully decorated space in a nice building, with all amenities you might need. In a quiet street within walking distance of the station and by public transport. We felt completely comfortable in this apartment.

Really enjoyable stay for 4 days. Very nice, clean and cosy apartment in Dusseldorf suburbs with good transport connections to town centre and exhibition centre.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, always available, and always responded quickly. I was particularly impressed by their helpfulness – if there was a problem, a solution was immediately sought. They were very accommodating and sweet, so I felt completely comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

We were allowed to spend 3 nights with Peter and Annette. The apartment is very lovingly decorated and corresponds exactly to the description. We felt very comfortable. Check-in was straightforward and the communication was great. To the surprise, there was a welcome oil in the fridge. We highly recommend Peter and Anette as a host.

Not my first rodeo with Kate and Marcel and I’d say all their properties are always immaculate and well maintained. From bathroom to living room, everything was on point. Fast WiFi too. Great hosts.

We had a great weekend stay at Stefano's apartment. Everything was exactly as described and the self check-in was super easy. Stefano was responsive and very helpful. The Internet connection was good and shower pressure was also great. The only drawback, if you're traveling by car, is that parking in the neighborhood is very tricky, although there are several paid garages within a 5-10 minute walk if all else fails. A tram stop is just around the corner, very convenient. Highly recommended.

Susanne's place was in a great location, close to public transport and walking distance to the centre of town. We spent New Year's Eve in Köln and Susanne's place was easy to get to and from and quiet once we got home. The flat was well laid out and had everything we needed for a great couple of days in Köln.

Great experience, very good value for money, large space, clean environment, hygienic, soft and comfortable bed, plenty of tableware and tools in the kitchen, recommended to stay.

We stayed at the property over Christmas and New Year's Eve and were also warmly welcomed on the holiday. The accommodation had everything you need in a normal daily routine (coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, fridge and freezer, TV). In front of the accommodation you were allowed to park your car directly in one of the free parking spaces, as it is especially for the tenants. As a welcome gift, there were a few bags of homemade cookies. Communication went smoothly. Check-in/out was easy and straightforward. Will definitely come back!

We enjoyed the apartment and the location. It included everything we needed for our stay. It is easy to find and nicely located next to walking trails.
