Paola was very nice and very helpful with us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time since the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a beautiful New Year's Eve with friends and we'd love to come back. Thank you Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Highly recommended!

We stayed with a large group of 8 friends, many of which were visiting Venice for the first time. Maria and Carlo were super friendly and responsive to our messages. They gave us important travel tips for Venice, showed us around, helped us figure out or transportation to early flights, helped us book water taxis, etc. They were always one message away and we really appreciated their hospitality.

I spent a weekend in this residence with my family from Friday to Sunday, but it deserves a longer stay. First of all, I must thank Marco for his hospitality, for his maximum availability and kindness. The place is fantastic and welcoming. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and quiet with various leisure possibilities. Great location to get to Venice and close to highway to other locations. If I have to enclose everything in a word, I would say excellent and highly recommended.

Absolutely the best location for us arriving by train. Apartment offered toiletries and kitchen necessities like washing liquid, some spices, so that we did not have to buy absolutely everything just for two days. Very clean and host very responsive. I have been to Venice many times, but never stayed locally, a bit surprise for me was the trash situation. You can only dispose of it only 07-08 am, the location for this apartment is at the wooden bridge at the end of Calle Priuli. I can fully recommend this apartment to families/groups of 2-6 travellers, there are two modern bathrooms, and two can sleep on the sofa in the living room.

We really enjoyed Sara’s apartment. Everything is exactly what you saw in the pictures. Good location but on the quiet side.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Perfect place in a perfect area for us. It’s close to the airport transfer and the vaporetti at Fondamente Nove. We stayed 9 nights in January and enjoyed it immensely. Having a bakery (open from 7 every day except Sunday) right across the small square didn’t hurt. Climbing the stairs to the top floor DID hurt a little, after long days of walking around in Venice, but it wasn’t really a problem. The entrance door is on the opposite side of the building compared to the windows with a view over the square (and bakery) — a little confusing at first but a very Venice arrangement. The fish shop is open 5 mornings a week (Tuesday to Saturday) but don’t eat the fugu on display! No problem at all with the heating in general, but bring a pair of slippers if you arrive in January, as the terrazzo floor, though soothing for feet swollen from walking all day, can be a little chilling. Elisabetta was very helpful and flexible with both check-in and check-out times.

What a fabulous apartment Francesco and Nicola offer in Venice. Minutes away from great cafes and restaurants yet such a peaceful and quiet place to unwind. Less than ten minutes walk from the train station and a real gem in a breathtaking city. Highly recommend a stay at the apartment you couldn’t find better or more helpful and responsive hosts. Five star stay. When we come back to Venice we will stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stefano & Pucci’s place. It’s in the perfect location — very walkable to everything in Venice and tons of shops, restaurants, and more at your doorstep. Seriously can’t beat the location! Inside it was clean and comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed. Stefano was very proactive and responsive with messaging and our stay was just perfect.

We had a great time at Valentina’s place. It was comfortable with easy walking access to many areas of the city, while still being on a quiet and peaceful road. Valentina was very responsive when we reached out with questions. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Excellent location close to Rialto Bridge, market and two ferry stops nearby. There are many restaurants to choose from. It is very easy to go to airport and train station. The only downside is the long stairs going up to the second floor apartment. But in Venice, it is all old buildings with no elevator. Host Martina is very helpful and responsive.

Elena was kind and warm welcome. She always responded within 5 minutes. The accommodation is very located, it is in a quiet area and 15 minutes from San Marco Square and 15 minutes from the bus station to the airport. Very clean and nothing is missing. Thank you so much for picking us up at the bus stop and explaining everything during the trip and introducing us to a little bit of the neighborhood.

Charming apartment! Extremely clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We opted for the private transfer to the apartment which made things very easy and efficient after arriving at the train station. Anna and her co hosts are very attentive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great experience, well-stocked apartment, great location but despite this very quiet thanks to the excellent fixtures. Michela has made available a lot of information including restaurants, activities and services of the island through a manual left to the guests of the apartment, in which, in addition to this, we found any useful information to be able to better manage the house. Everything is perfect!

This apartment is perfect for two guests with enough space to share. It's a great base and the bus is only ten minutes walk away which in half an hour takes you straight into Venice. The train is even quicker - better for those who can drive to the station. The neighbourhood is quiet, so you can get a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Sara is very friendly, quick to reply to messages and she gave us great recommendations. The coop supermarket is a short walk away which was also helpful. Thank you Sara :)

We felt like we were at home. The house was very clean. Jessica has thought of everything for the guests, even the umbrella. Unlike what was stated, the house was not cold. It was quite a temperature. There was a market very close to the house, we got all our shortcomings from here. It was 15 minutes by bus to Venice and easy to get to. There were bus stops 5 minutes from the house. 15 minutes walking distance from Mestre train station. The neighborhood was not unsafe. Very cozy home on trips, to relieve the tiredness of the whole day. If I visit Venice again, I will undoubtedly come to this house again. Thanks for everything jessica :)

This apartment was a little treasure in the centre of Venice. Beatrice met us from the water ferry and took us to her beautiful living space which was our home for three nights. It was not only pristine and clean but also tastefully furnished with interesting artworks of local interest. My friend and I felt immediately at home. Beatrice gave us plenty of tips about how to experience Venice and sent us links via text about any of things we were interested in doing. Beatrice recommended a nearby bakery which became our regular pick up for breakfast, and also the restaurant right outside the front door which we went to every night as the food was excellent and staff friendly. I highly recommend this apartment and Beatrice is a super super host!

Laura's place was amazing! Amazing views and location! Check-in was convenient, we met at the Square up the road and it was a quick check-in. The flat was marvellous. We loved everything about it.

we loved our stay here. it was so homely and comfortable. there was plenty of space and the apartment had everything we needed. it was conve gently close to so many great restaurants and shops but it was just off the main square, ensuring it was nice and quiet.

Very comfortable apartment, well located and clean. Clear and friendly explanations. The area is very crowded but the apartment is very quiet. We'll definitely be back.
