We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

The view really is beautiful, so is the space. A note I leave is about an gym and the SPA. In the ad is shown photos, so this leads us to imagine that everything that is in the forums is available. I even made the reservation for this reason too, so I could enjoy it. However, arriving on the spot when I asked about it, I was told it was unavailable. Anyway, we pay for all the benefits and this one left something to be desired.

We were hesitant about staying on the Lido at first, worried it would be complicated to get to and from Venice, but it ended up being super nice! The boats were fast, frequent and easy to use, even late at night. Allesandro was a great host, always answering all of our questions and happy to help. The place itself was spacious and clean, just a short walk to the beach and downtown area. We drove to Venice and it was very nice to be able to park right next to the apartment for free in a safe neighborhood.

We are an elderly tourist couple and we spent 3 nights in February at Alessandro's place. We found it well furnished, comfortable, heated, bright and quiet, since it is on the 4th floor (with elevator) overlooking the roofs of the historic center. Exceptionally convenient is also the parking space in the garage near the entrance door. The location is strategic as it is 250 meters from Piazza del Duomo, so in the heart of the historic center. It's a highly recommended place to stay, and we hope to be back soon.

Place was absolutely amazing and I’ve only given a 4 star for value because Venice is so expensive for good accommodation. Milly, our host was very good and very responsive at all times. Highly recommend!

We arrived at Patrizia's apartment for 2 nights in the beginning of March. We anticipated our arrival at the time of our arrival. He took me around the apartment and showed me everything. The apartment is in a good location close to the beach and many restaurants. We had a great time. We'll be looking for it next year when we come to Jesolo for a race.

Ezio and Giulia's welcome were beautiful and punctual, they explained everything to us and were always available. Beautiful place, wonderful home and hot tub. In the morning we left to go skiing 35 minutes from the house, in Folgaria, and we were back in the evening. Heating, amenities, cleanliness, decor, and many great options! Definitely worth coming back. And also a lot of space outside for our dog.

very quiet location and central enough to visit various markets such as Bolzano, Merano. Stefano was a very kind and helpful person, upon our arrival he also welcomed us with a welcome thought, I highly recommend his accommodation, to definitely come back even in the summer.

We absolutely loved Claudio’s house! It was such a warm and cosy home. It was so spacious and everything was well cleaned and maintained. The area is so peaceful and quiet, and had everything we needed close by. Also very central for day trips to places like Venice and Modena.
