Vacation rentals with lake access in Venetian Lagoon

We loved this Airbnb! The street is a short stroll to gorgeous bars and restaurants (restaurant Al Timon hugely recommended)We actually preferred the nights out we spent on the street the apartment is on. It’s easy to get to the apartment from the Aquabus stop and very near to central Venice if you want to see the sights. Lovely to chill out in the jacuzzi outside too!

Very nice place and host. Had amenities and my fav Nespresso capsule paired with morning sweet… perfect for a one night and then on the go. I had to take taxi due to late arrival but price was very good considering the vicinity to thebairport and that I had the room to myself. Clue and warm for Jan 🌞 Recommend

Rajiha and Lorenzo are nice hosts who make us feel warm and welcomed on the island. The house is well located, clean, and has all that we need! The stairs however are quite unsafe for little ones but no problem if you watch your children at all times.

Thanks to Filippo!! A very cozy room with a private bathroom! Everything was incredibly clean and tidy :) An amazingly caring host. A huge thank you for the coffee and cookies! 5-6 minutes by car from Treviso Airport / 15 minutes by bus. Highly recommend!

We chose the last evening to check in somewhere closer to Treviso airport, so as not to stay with a huge stress that we would miss the plane. The host gave us clear instructions to find the location (he even told us about the bus to the airport - which leaves at 6:00 and does 5 minutes, so we had enough time to catch the 7:50- or from Treviso to the accommodation). Fortunately she allowed us to check in at all hours, which helped a lot with the road from Venice to Treviso that was longer than we would have expected, and she welcomed us with snacks in the room. I am happy with the experience I had at this place to stay!

We had a great stay in Ca Marin. the location was fantastic right on the canal with lots of restaurants nearby. There was also a grocery shop a minute walk up the canal which was really handy.

The cleanliness of the accommodation is impeccable, very well-equipped 👍🏽 accommodation!! It was a great stay in Italy. My family and I were completely thrilled. The accommodation was sufficiently large for the six of us, the air conditioning was well cooled. There are inexpensive shopping nearby.

Pietro was so great, engaged so much in giving us different recommendations. Very friendly. The location is amazing and Pietro helped us to reserve a good parking place in the city. We were 5 people and the place was very good.

The place is amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every second of it! The location is very good, it is away from the crowds but a 20min walk away from Mestre Train Station and 5min walk away from a bus stop to reach main island. The amenities are more than enough and in pristine condition. The cleanliness was superb and the hosts are very kind and responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice!

My family of four loved staying at this beautiful, spacious apartment. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and it is a great home base for exploring Venice. It was very warm but the air conditioning worked so well! We were really comfortable! Like almost every building in this ancient city, there was no elevator, but we navigated the stairs easily. Pietro is such a wonderful host and guided us through finding the apartment, giving us great tips for shopping and restaurants, and always being available for questions and support. We loved the terrace and spent each morning having our coffee and watching the city wake up. The evening sunsets were hauntingly beautiful. What a truly memorable stay!

The apartment is ideal for family holidays and a very good starting point for cycling trips, beach walks and boat trips. A bike and canoe rental is located nearby. You can drive about 20 minutes to the vaporetto stations towards Venice and the neighboring islands. The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex, right on the lagoon of Venice. It has a nice layout, is modern and cozy. Benedetta had provided a nice welcome package with jams, cakes and toast. She was also very helpful when there was a strike. We would come back at any time.
