Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Velletri

We had a great summer with a family with children. The house has a big private garden where the kids can play. Very convenient with private road down to the beach, which makes it easier to walk on the beach several times a day. In addition, a shower in the garden was very helpful to flush the sand when coming from the beach. The house was large with plenty of space for several families. Would aboslutt recommend the place. We would gladly came again.

The room is warm and comfortable, with sufficient heating in winter, and the temperature is always pleasant. The whole house is equipped with mosquito screens, which can enjoy natural ventilation without worrying about mosquitoes. The details are very user-friendly. The landlord is warm and friendly, and the communication is efficient. It is a 3-minute walk to the supermarket and bus station

the Dream turned out to be a comfortable place, with a lot of space, cozy and clean, well heated, with a fully equipped kitchen. Mrs. Susanna was very kind to us and our dogs. We highly recommend it

Fantastic place a stone's throw from Rome .. tranquility and relaxation we had dinner with huge outdoor fire!! Newly renovated apartment bathrooms fantastic kitchen stocked.Lavinia is very responsive for explanations and tips !! We played volleyball and grass field football that looks like wembley!!!! Toppp ! The kids were very happy with a thousand Things to do . Mr. Silvio (the guard ) is very thoughtful and ready on every occasion for advice and help (he helped us light the outdoor fire and brought us fresh eggs from the chickens !!! ). We'll definitely be back!! Thank you

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Cosy apartment with real fire

the shower was my favorite part. absolutely fantastic. very close to bus stops and other public transport if that's how you're trying to get around. worked perfectly for us. careful what direction google/apple maps takes you to get there. there is a perfect over pass that let's you almost walk right up to it, but the map apps want you to walk on a road with no side walk, and I don't recommend that route. we greatly appreciated the snacks and wine that were left for us. thank you for opening your home to us. we had a great time 👍

Our stay at Alessandra's was perfect! the apartment was pristine, beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn't have been better -everything we needed was just a short walk away-. Communication was seamless; Alessandra responded very quickly and was always available to assist. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making our arrival effortless. This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we had. Highly recommended. We are definitely coming back!!!

Great place!! We loved everything about this place- nice quarter, walkable distance to all key spots, incredible view ln the city adds a lot! Big, spacious place, even better than described. We were very happy with this choice! Ludovica was also very helpful with all advices and helped to kept our luggage after check-out. That was just great! Thank you! We had an amazing stay at Michela’s apartment in Rome! Michela was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and always responding promptly to any requests. When we had an issue with the hot water, he went above and beyond, arriving within an hour to fix it, even though he was out of town. The location was perfect—right in the center of everything we needed, with all major attractions within walking distance. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A couple of minor issues to note: the area can be a bit noisy at night, but Michela provided air blocks, which helped a lot. The heater occasionally turned off at night, but the apartment stayed warm, so it wasn’t a problem. Overall, Michela’s hospitality and the apartment’s central location made our stay unforgettable. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Rome. Thank you, Michela!

Charming apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, with many restaurants and within walking distance of all the main points of interest (+-€15/trip by Uber). Very spacious for a family of 7 people, with a wonderful terrace, very usable in the months of good weather and a cinema screen in the living room, ideal for the little ones.

This apartment was in a great location - surrounded by great restaurants, only a few minutes walk from the Colosseum and most other attractions, and more spacious than the pictures made it seem! Francesca was a great host - she was always very responsive and quick to give local recommendations.

This is one of the “jewel” accommodations in Roma. Having known the city for many years, I was thrilled to discover this apartment right in the heart of Trastevere —with a private patio and garden (wow!)— near Santa Maria in Trastevere. The apartment itself is beautiful and comfortable, put together with taste and charm. The host is kind and flexible—and so knowledgeable about the neighborhood. This place is so very special and just steps from some of the great bars and restaurants in Rome—you can’t go wrong here.

Easy walk to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Stores nearby and great food. Loved it! Would come back to this spot in a heartbeat

Very nice place, beautiful large and bright spaces. Super-stocked kitchen, large bedrooms, and clean bathrooms. We also took advantage of the charging for the electric car, the cable with the plug in female CCS2 was needed. Surrounded by nature, a nice experience. Pierluigi was very kind and responded and helped us right away Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

Lovely house in the hills with a beautiful view! If you have a car, it’s very easy to explore the surrounding countryside and get into the city of Rome. Simona was a very sweet and gracious host.

It was a family riunione for Christmas. Everyone had an enjoyable time and the house was perfect.Danilo is a great host and it was a lovely surprise to find the Christmas decorations. I would love to repeat the experience and recommend it.

One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need.
