We had a fantastic stay. Monsoon added its magic to the views from all balconies. Reliance Smart point came very handy for fresh groceries every day. Also, Blinkit and BB delivered to door steps. Very spacious apartment. Daily cleaning provided by the owners. We used Uber Ola for our commute throughout. Overall a home away from home.

Great place, you feel right at home with your family, for those who live in apartment style homes. Nice mountain views from all rooms, good food and nice big confectionery store right next to the property is very convenient.

This place is just what I wanted. It has everything I need, and the vibe is so calm and relaxing. I visit Dehradun to rest, and this place makes my stay even better. Everything I need, like groceries and vegetables, is close by. The biggest mall in Dehradun is only 600 meters away, which is very convenient. I felt very safe here, which is important to me. The host is very helpful and didn’t make the place too fancy. It feels like home and gives you the freedom to enjoy your time. I hope everyone who stays here follows the rules because places like this are hard to find. The Peacock Perch is a wonderful place, and I’m so happy I found it.

the host was very responsive property is somewhere between roorkee and haridwar. so you don't have to worry about food and other groceries. overall the stay was really great

Nothing to complain.. so perfect stay.. will be difficult to find a better homestay.. Everything was available in the kitchen.. TV, ACs, weather was pleasant so we didn't have to use AC. so many things to do in the society.. playground for different games, gym, open gym, clean air due to great location.. awesome view from balcony.. Host Radhika ji is very supportive..

It’s one of the best apartments I have stayed in using AirBnb. The duplex penthouse is very nicely maintained and decorated. The house has an excellent terrace which we used to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather. Kitchen is well equipped and the host went out of the way to ensure we have the milk and tea and sugar available at the time of check in in case we wanted to make some tea. Bedrooms are very nice and the beds were very comfortable, beddings were absolutely clean and the rooms are of a very good size. I would prefer this any day over a cramped hotel room . Everything is great about this place, highly recommended

The host, Asutosh is extremely friendly and his hospitality was tad homely. He even left us miny perks in his fridge. The place is well organised and is pretty specious. Can easily accommodate 6 people. I have recommended the cloth stand and he immediately considered it. I will rate 4 considering the weather . Place is near to local hotspots. Can easily recommend to other people. However, please keep a tab on the weather.

This place was a home away from home for us in all words and senses. We enjoyed our stay as it had all the listed amenities and provided us a home-like comfort, where we could cook, work from home and stay in a tranquil yet easy to access area. Akhilesh has been super helpful as a host, his clear instruction through a detailed manual, responsiveness via texts, and curation of his place, all are top notch. We would love to come here again and stay for a longer duration. I would highly recommend this place for longer stays.

A place where you can feel at home! Lovely staff and host, has a gym straight opposite to cater fitness needs. Well developed area around having all amenities in a step away! The snooker table was an added benefit.

very nice place to stay . Loved the place I just faced one problem that in the room no 5, the water tank is on the roof and it fill the water automatically, it is annoying because even if 100 ml of water is drained motor starts and the noise irritates
