A great apartment with character in a great location

Our stay at Eriks' place was great. The house was very spacious (there is actually a bigger couch than the one in the photos), had a well- equipped kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. The was a grocery store a few blocks away. The bus to Venice was nearby as well (tap your credit card when you get on and that is your ticket). Restaurants were nearby as well. we found parking quite easily on the street, which is not the busy. We had a great stay!

Alina’s place fits perfectly for our family! The kitchen is small but enough to have a breakfast ate home. We had a great time in this place. I highly recommend!

Positive: Communication was excellent; all questions were answered quickly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and well organized. The listing was exactly as described and photos on the Airbnb page. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The location was ideal for the sea which made the stay particularly pleasant. The beach was minutes away. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation met our expectations and the proximity to the sea was a big plus. We would love to come back and can fully recommend the place to other guests.

Like last year, we spent the week of August in this lovely apartment, perfect for spaces and location, a few meters (approx. 150 m) from the beach. Quiet, equipped with a good air conditioning system (necessary for the season!) and all the supplies for a short stay, washing machine and wifi included. Caroline and Marco have always been ready for every request for support and clarification.

We spent 3 weeks traveling this summer with our daughters and Leja's place was undoubtedly the best place we stayed in over the entire trip. Phenomenal.

Super nice apartament. There is everything you need and very clean. rooms were warm at winter time. Hosts are very friendly and answers super fast.

Modern apartment, very nice and with all the comforts that a person on vacation can expect, maybe more. Very friendly and responsive and helpful host. He gave us tips on how to get around and where to eat in Gorizia.

Our experience was very positive, apartment matching the photos, clean and tidy. Mr. Fabio is a delight, who immediately puts his guests at ease from phone conversations. The apartment is very close to the city bus stops so easily in about 20/25 minutes you can reach the island of Venice. The neighborhood is also equipped with amenities. I recommend it.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Host greeted us with some treats and always was nearby if anything needed. Would definetely stay again.

Radivoije and Sara are very friendly hosts. Communication with them is very pleasant and fast. The location of the apartment is ideal; you are on the water in 2 minutes and in the center in 10 minutes. Right next to the house is an excellent seafood restaurant and the very good Flake and Cake Bakery right around the corner. Highly recommended!!

We went to a sporting event in Jesolo and therefore the place was perfect. But also in a great location for day trips or beach days.

Emanuel and his parents are very nice and warm hosts. The apartment is very nice and corresponds to the photos. A highlight is the very lovingly designed garden with jacuzzi. Supermarket, restaurants and the sea are within easy walking distance. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

Great apartment, great hosts and lovely area.

Excellent apartment with a beautiful view and morning church bells. Nice walking trail right there. A short drive to skiing at Cortina. Very nice attention to detail in the apartment and the hot tub and sauna were very nice after the day’s activities. I would come back and recommend it to friends and family.

An exceptional Airbnb. Great location for bus into Venice and short walk to Mestre train station. Lara was really helpful explaining transport options and suggestions to visit. The apartment was spotless, with everything we needed, comfy beds and great shower. Thank you Lara, you've thought of everything, a real home from home. Highly recommend.

The apartment is fantastic. It is located down a quite walkway despite being amongst a number of shops and cafes in the area. It is an easy walk to the San Toma water bus vaporetto Line. We had trouble with the WIFI which Marco tried to rectified but it was overall unreliable so make sure you have phone data if you want to use the internet. I would stay here again if I return to Venice.
