cabin and amenities as described. This was in a good location for us, we wanted peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings and that is what we got. Host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Great facilities and wonderful home, thank you for allowing us to use your home. We travel to Norway every New Year and this was by far the best trip we have had mainly due to the cabin and facilities on offer. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with lots of snow, a BBQ by the fire pit with the neighbours fireworks and the northern lights. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

Sissel is a great host. she has helped us before getting there and during our stay. she was kind and helpful, gave us all the needed instructions. the house is a lovely spot, on a beautiful, peaceful fjord. I would recommend this place and Sissel as a host.

The hut is in a quiet place 30 kilometers from Kirkenes. Upon entering, the fireplace was on! Linda helped us well with tips about the area and has arranged that we could go to Grense Jakobselv with an acquaintance. A fantastic and unforgettable experience. It is also a good place for northern lights. We saw it 2 out of 4 evenings. We like to come back

Cozy, well maintained house in a bit isolate, calm area. We couldn't use the outside patio because it was too cold and everything was covered by snow, but enjoyed relaxing with fireplace in the living room. Can see Russia from the window. Saw a reindeer while walking around in the afternoon. Northern light at night.

We had a wonderful memory in Mette’s cabin. I will not forget this trip. Cabin was amazing and it was located in very quite place. I truly recommend to anyone who wish to have a valuable time in personal, comfortable place with a clean, organized cabin. Oh, having a chance to see the northern light was an extra experience at Mette’s cabin!!!! Thank you Mette.

Quiet area, within walking distance of the city center. Private little house in the garden behind the main house. Two floors, bedroom upstairs - plenty of space and cozy house to be in! Nice that there is coffee and tea, biscuits and snop for guests. Clean and tidy, TV with several channels and studio kitchen for those who want to cook. I ate at restaurants in town that are only a 10 minute walk away. Cheerful host. Recommended - here you will have a nice stay in Vadsø!

we had a great trip in kirknes , this spot is only 10 mins drive from city center , the apartment is very big and cozy with quiet surrounding , most of all to communicate with alexadra was super efficient , and helpful ! i will recommend this apartment for all who would love to stay in kirkenes . also there is a small hill 5 mins walk from home to hike for northern light hunting and i bet in winter is the perfect place to ski . 5 stars experience

The house is in a place at the end of the world. The road ends here, the last part of the way to Hamningberg will probably be the backdrop of a science fiction film at some point. The place is very nicely located and also from the house you have a very nice view. In the house you notice that it has a history, it is not sterile or stylish, but lived and authentic. Since it was sunny, we were able to fully enjoy the peace, view and reindeer in the garden on the terrace. For us, it was a very special stay that we will never forget.

It was a very nice relaxing holiday, but we should definitely have rented a car to get more freedom.

Beautiful cabin, perfect to families and also people new to the “Cabin” life. Very nice area, clean cabin with everything you need as a family. Nice location, and close to Finland for shopping etc. highly recommended!

Very nice place! The host was very nice, available and flexible, and responded quickly both before and during the stay. The place has a good standard, good sleeping places and practical and spacious open living room and kitchen - and great views of the river. The wood-fired sauna after long days on a trip was also lovely. Happy to come back!

What a spot! Lovely location with opportunities for swimming, fishing, walking, elveroing, harrying, and interesting cultural history. The kitchen's reindeer was absolutely heavenly, as were local cakes with mullets and Neiden berries. Child friendly, customer friendly, at all friendly. Charming and flexible hosting. Highly recommended!
