Get prepared for a total immersion into the Provençal way of life in a beautiful 18th century farmhouse. A 3hr cooking class in our Provençal kitchen at La Belugue, lead by myself and assisted by a local Provençal home cook from the village and followed by a tradtional French meal, recognized by UNESCO as a Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. During the class you will learn the healthy and seasonal art of Provençal cooking and prepare some traditional dishes like Daube, Aioli, Gratin, Tian, Légumes Farci. After you have enjoyed your time in the kitchen, you will move to our farmtable at La Belugue and enjoy your creations accompanied by local producers from the area. All the ingredients, are sourced from local producers within 50km of La Belugue.

Authentic vineyard tour, with the winemaker herself ! You will be able to visit the wine making area and the winemaker herself or her daughter will explain you our traditional production methods in organic farming, in the heart of our 20 hectares of vines. At the end of the tour, we will do a guided tasting of our red, rosé and white wines in the cellar of the estate. I propose you a private photo shoot experience in the heart of Provence in the village of Sainte-Croix-du-Verdon on the edge of the famous lake of Sainte-Croix with turquoise-blue water. Alone, as a couple, with family or with friends, you will strike the pose under my photo lens within a sumptuous setting and capture your most beautiful moments. From mid-June to end of July it will be also possible to take some pictures in a lavender field just above the village. Moreover this is a private session (private group up to 4 people) and takes place in the great outdoors in an environment preserved from the crowd. Je vous propose une séance de Hatha yoga avec bols chantants au son des cigales et sur une terrasse privée et ombragée. de 1h30 environ dans un endroit magique. Cette expérience nourrira vos prochaines pratiques. Puis dégusterons ce petit thé frais en regardant le magnifique lac. Ceux qui voudrons rester d'avantage pour se baigner et profiter d'un lieu exceptionnel seront les bienvenus. Rendez vous au lac Montpezat. You are about to discover rockclimbing above the sea with your state certified instructor. We provide you harnesses and helmets and we make an approach walk of 10 minutes along the seaside. Now, let's go climbing for around 2h30! Via cordata is a fairly recent activity, an adventure course in natural surrounding with a mix of aerial hiking, easy climbing and abseiling. Abseils can be bypassed :) It's a family friendly via cordata with a minimum age of 10. Dans ma maison ,je propose de faire connaître la cuisine traditionnelle Provençale. Préparation de ratatouille et de tapenade d'olives noires et tapenade d'olives vertes et de " poichichade " ( houmous ). A déguster ensuite avec saucisses et merguez au BBQ ou steacks hachés ou omelette ( pour vegan ) Apéritif offert : vin d'oranges amères du jardin. Brèves informations sur les différentes argiles et leurs formations, ainsi que sur les différentes techniques de façonnage et de décoration. Petite réflexion sur ce que sont les réalités du métier de potier aujourd'hui. Proposition du choix de l'objet après discussion autour d'un thème ou d'une technique voulue. Le plus souvent, je vous propose de façonner une boîte souvenir ou une lampe à huile souvenir de Fréjus Antique qui seront faciles à emporter et qui ne nécessiteront pas de cuisson immédiate.
