Villa vacation rentals in Vanua Levu

This is my second stay at Koko Savusavu, and it is just as I remember. Perfect! Better than perfect. Paradise! The building is beautiful. The views are breathtaking. Mel (the saint) helped us get in touch with local charities so we could be of service during the Christmas holiday. Radhika met us with her glowing smile. Radhika is a master chef! 100% recommend Radhika cooking for you while you stay. Koko was very clean when we arrived. The AC is a welcome break from the Fiji humidity. Both Mel and Radhika are a great team. Together they made our stay active and comfortable. No place in Savusavu needs “protecting”, It is a safe and friendly village. But Max the lovable guard dog looked over us. Mel, Radhika, and Max will make your stay perfect! I will return.

The house is the perfect location, easy to take a taxi to all the great things the island has to offer but also easy to walk to some great local restaurants. We went during rainy season and it lived up it for sure but never put a damper on what we wanted to do. We found a lot of the places that were cash only had increased in pricing vs what we had seen online in our research so make sure to take lots of cash with you specially if you use the caretakers for a taxi or to make you fish tacos (do this and do this early in your stay because Vinna will make you way too many and they are sooo good and you will be glad to have left overs) house was well stocked with snorkel gear but not sunscreen or bug spray so plan accordingly. Being westerners used to a/c everywhere we just wished there were more fans in the home for sleeping but when there was a breeze it was pleasant to have the doors open during the daytime. Absolutely will recommend this place and Fiji to everyone we know.

Amazing place but very isolated. You absolutely need a car if you don’t want to depend on taxis which are not cheap at all. The beach in front is beautiful but it’s impossible to swim, it’s very rocky even with appropriate shows I hurt myself. The host Jasmine is very kind and helpful but the activities that she offered us to reserve on the house site are very expansive and you have to pay in USD dollars so it’s twice the price you pay when you reserve by yourself. For exemple, the waterfall hike costs 199 USD (445 Fij$) and we paid for 4 people with the taxi 180 Fji$ so less than half, it was the same for Farm pearl tour.

We were happily suprised that this place is actually part of the resort and we were treated like such by everybody. The rooms were beautiful and the lagoon was amazing to swim in. Even better than the front of the resort in my opinion as it was calm, no waves and right outside our steps! We loved this place and felt so spoilt to be there. The decoration is refined, everything reminds of the sweetness of life in Bora-Bora. A very big thank you for this stay!

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. The sunrise is from a dream. It almost doesn’t look real. The home was great inside and the garden was perfect- especially the little tree house that the kids loved to play in. JC went above and beyond as a host. We highly recommend for a family. The location is beautiful and central, a car is a must for this area of Hauhine.

This place is absolutely amazing! The views are stunning and the home is beautiful. The doors that open up the whole house is such an awesome feature. And the infinity pool is so spectacular swimming in that looking at the ocean is like you're dreaming. The staff is so sweet and so kind and always there to help you. I've never stayed at an Airbnb with a full staff. Of course you can have all the privacy you want as well. Just let them know. Got welcomed with a beautiful song sung with guitars. The meals that they prepare with the food are top-notch! And with the house being so elevated way above the ocean, it feels so regal and majestic and you get to see the other islands in the distance, it's just spectacular! And the stars are incredible right from the porch. And the baby goats are so adorable. They aren't by the house but you can walk down and see them if you want to. The host is so sweet and so helpful. Book it you will love it!

Our stay at Ingrid House was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the house exceeded all expectations with its impeccable amenities, cozy design, and attention to detail. Their tips on must-visit spots made our trip even more special, from the charming restaurants to hidden gems we would have otherwise missed. One of the standout highlights was the location and grocery store just 10 steps away, offering the most delicious fresh pastries and everything you need—our mornings couldn’t have started better! The location is unbeatable, with the public beach only a 5-minute walk from the house. Strolling down for snorkeling or simply enjoying the ocean breeze became a daily ritual. Ingrid House left us with lasting memories. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. We can’t wait to return for another visit! Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay . The design of the house is so beautiful, inviting, gorgeous art on the walls, open space, total Polynesian feel. The bed and pillows very comfortable. We could see the lagoon from the bed. Loved that we could swim and kayak right out of the house. Mary the host was great with advice and recommendations before our trip and during our vacation. She was waiting outside on the road for us to find the house. Marie recommended a great small excursion on the Taha’a lagoon and a great place for lunch (Opuha Beach hotel) when we went around the island. It was very hard to leave such a beautiful house, with its private yard on the water. We decided to make all of our dinners there as the kitchen is fully equipped and we could watch beautiful sunsets. It was very hard to leave this beautiful home. Thank you for sharing.
