Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Vancouver

This was a unique experience in my 7+ years using Airbnb. The hosts were actually sharing their current home with us while they went out for travel. So the house has a more “homy” feel. We actually stayed in other people’s home. We found everything we needed in the house, including a lot of extra items in the fridge for cooking. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for 4 of us. The hot tub and back yard are nice, although we didn’t have much time to enjoy outside. The location was very quiet, not far from many attractions. North Vancouver is a great alternative to busy downtown areas. Trish is a wonderful host, friendly and always responsive. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Vancouver.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The area was quiet and easily accessible to major attractions and conveniently located for shopping and dining, however, a car was required. Our host, Fabia, was accessible and friendly. We would absolutely recommend this listing to others.

Wonderful place for a getaway! This is a beautiful property with a stunning view of the water. We enjoyed that it was about about 30 minutes from Bellingham which has so many fantastic restaurants. It was very clean, well stocked, and great communication with the host! We would definitely return here.

We were a family of 4 w teens. The layout and kitchen. laundry amenities were perfect for the holiday week stay. So close to Italian shops and groceries on Commercial drive.

Lovely place to stay. Good walking distance to everything we needed to do. Lovely kitchen with supplies. The sauna was lovely. Chante was easy to communicate with and it was simple. While our vehicle fit fine, for anyone booking with a larger vehicle (large truck) or with limited parking skills, the garage is tight. In this neighbourhood, parking on the street is challenging. The garage was a welcome blessing. I would easily stay with Chante again.

Quiet and cozy place in a cute neighborhood. Plenty of local shopping, activities and easy access into Vancouver via mass transportation. Will absolutely consider staying here again for future travels.

Well appointed, comfortable suite. Excellent location, walkable to shops, trails, restaurants, community centre and SkyTrain. Appreciated the thoughtful “Welcome Treats” and well equipped kitchen. We also appreciated being able to park in the driveway. Blair kindly left out a brush for the car when it snowed - very useful! All in all the location and suite were perfect for our extended stay. Great little spot. The basement apartment had everything you could need for a short stay. The hosts were very friendly and fast to reply. We had no trouble finding a parking spot a block or two away as the Main Street is reserved for residents only. The towels and linens were all comfortable and plentiful. The description is accurate, but worth reading carefully. It’s an older building with low ceilings, so I had to duck to go between rooms being 5 foot 11 inches tall. It’s not a big deal for most people, but worth remembering if you’re taller. You’ll also hear the occasional floor board creek as the house is older, but they did a great job of keeping the noise minimal. The host does a good job calling all of this out in the description.

I had a wonderful stay at Amrit’s apartment in Surrey. The place is spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, with an amazing view that made my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities I could ask for, making it perfect for my trip. Amrit is a fantastic host, incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need, her communication was quick and clear throughout my stay. I highly recommend booking here, Amrit's hospitality makes this apartment a standout choice. Definitely worth it, and I would love to stay here again!

Super cozy spot with the propane fire bit, hot tub, and bbq as great additions. Even though it is winter, we sat outside with blankets and our books. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean and accommodating. We were very appreciative of the coffee and bathroom supplies (shampoo/conditioner.) We would definitely come back!

Blair and Christina are a very good host. They make sure to maintain the cleanliness and peacefulness of the property. They also communicate with us often if there are things that we need during our stay. They provided us with information about the town and we enjoyed our relaxation time during our stay. We really recommend Blair, Christina and the Cabanas for their absolute hospitality and accomodation.

The cabin is really comfy and cozy - loved the propane fireplace on the cold, rainy evening! And the bed was so comfy! It's a peaceful, relaxing spot close to the beach. My pups loved the spot as well.

We had such a great time at Carraholly Retreat! The boat ride over was super easy, and the place itself was so cute and cozy. We loved the clean hot tub and spent a lot of time relaxing in the sauna - it was such a treat. Perfect spot for a quick getaway from the city. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape!
