The stay at the apartment was extremely pleasant. The house is just a few minutes' walk from the center of Nantes and the Ile de Machines. Extremely convenient underground parking. The area is very quiet and peaceful, nearby there is a very convenient Carrefour. The apartment is comfortable even for a stay of several days and equipped with everything you need. Sebastien was extremely kind and helpful, he welcomed us with kindness, making us feel welcome. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a few days in the beautiful city of Nantes.

Very nice for a stay of several days (2 weeks for me). Very central, direct bus from the station. A little difficult to get into the listing the first time, but the host was very responsive. You always have to have your smartphone on your own to get in.

- Good welcome and availability from François-Xavier. - Very nice house, pity there is no Wifi access in the house. - Only small downside: We only spent 2 nights and we had to clean when we left, which shortened our stay. We would have liked to pay for this service and not have to do it. - Good restaurant 120m walk "To drink and eat" small card but made house and very nice staff.

the accommodation was perfect, I would note nevertheless that it is not a separate accommodation, the room is in the living house, the sanitary facilities are to be shared with the second bedroom to offer. For my part, it didn't bother me because there were no other guests during the time I stayed there, but at the time of booking I felt more like I had a home away from the family home.
