Vacation rentals in Valley of Peace

The location, price, and functionality fit my needs for what I was looking for. Clean, quiet and safe, Dora was sweet and a charm. An unexpected breakfast offering was perfect. Make sure you ask how to operate the TV.

Truly outstanding. Beautiful location, clean and private. Agree with other reviews that a 4*4 is required, but having a security guard escort for the first time made it easy. Can't recommend enough. Julien was great to communicate with. Perfect for our family of 5 ( including 3 teenagers)

Our little cabin had everything we wanted, good mattresses, nice outdoor shower, air conditioning (a big plus!), a screened in porch, hammock. A very peaceful place, where we woke up to the sound of birds (and a band of howler monkeys one night). Kate is super friendly and gave us lots of recommendations and information. We had breakfast and dinner a few times and the food was excellent. Bullet Tree Falls has grocery shops, good bakery, restaurants (or maybe just the one we went to right above the river, which was very good) and a beautiful river. We were really glad that we drove the extra 4 km from San Ignacio to stay there.

We had a lovely stay at Sue’s home! From the moment we arrived she and her family were welcoming and helpful. The little house had great AC and was so convenient to walk into town for our day tours. Sue went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped with any questions we had. She even let us try the fruit out of her garden! We felt safe and never had any trouble with our rental car being parked on the street. We really enjoyed our time there and would stay again!

Exactly as described. If this is your first time in Belize and you might find this place a little isolating. But for those of us who have been many times, this is just the key, especially if you’re hanging out doing ministry or you just need an expensive place to go for tours.

We LOVED staying at Al and Maria's rental home! The home was very clean, beautiful, and has all the amenities you would ever need! It was a plus that they have a great pool and a beautiful view from the veranda, where you can watch the sunset and listen to the birds. The location of this place was also great because it was on a quiet road that was only a 10 min drive from downtown. Al, Maria, and their son were all wonderful hosts! They really added to the great experience of our trip. They're wonderful people and always responded quickly! We will definitely book with them again when we return!

We had a great stay at Terry’s place! The welcome drinks and snacks were a nice touch! We had plenty of space for three couples. We loved the refreshing pool after a hot day of exploring. Terry was a great communicator and because she also owns a tour company had great suggestions for us. We would definitely stay again!

Creekside Cabin was the perfect little place to relax for a few days in a great area. The cabin is comfortable and has everything you need.
