Beautiful spacious studio apartment overlooking Plaza Mayor in Plasencia. Martin was easy to communicate with, prompt to reply and address any questions. My flight and train were delayed, and when I arrived late at night the directions provided for contactless check in were easy to follow, and I accessed the apartment without issue. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is very good, easy parking in the door, quiet area to rest, it is spacious, clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The hosts were very kind, they came early to prepare the heating, greeted us on arrival and had the touch to give us complimentary drinks and chocolates. I recommend it.

Apartment, comfortable, clean and very functional. In the evenings, silence and tranquility. We had a fantastic few days. Immaculate and her husband, very attentive, recommended excursions, restaurants and shops in the area and proved to be great dog lovers.

The apartment is a real wonder, faithful to the photographs. Everything in perfect condition, spacious, comfortable, no outside noises, great decor and all the details for good service. Rodrigo has been very kind and attentive to any queries. We loved the stay there. Hervás is in an ideal setting for anyone who likes rural tourism, nature, outdoor sports and enjoying beautiful landscapes.

Just fantastic. What a great find. The apartment exceeded our expectations, was in a fabulous position right in the middle of town but nice and quiet. It is also extremely clean! The garage parking just a minutes walk away was a bonus. David was the perfect host, meeting us as arranged and showing us around. There are a few stairs to climb as the apartment is right at the top of this historic building which doesn’t have a lift but it’s good exercise and we didn’t find it a problem at all. Recommended - 5 stars without a doubt.

The stay was just perfect for me and my wife. The apartment was compact but had all the essentials. The complimentary bakery, 🥯 coffee pods and cooking essentials were a plus. They had forgotten to put liquid detergent to wash clothes but upon informing, they swiftly provided it. The bed was comfortable with two single beds joined together. The WIFI was smooth and TV had Netflix. Only issue is the apartment was on the third floor without lift which the host has mentioned in description. Taking luggage up and down the stairs was a task. The parking is on the road just outside, free of cost but difficult to find. Certainly recommended.

We had a really nice few days at the apartment. Fran allowed us to arrive early and was very kind to us. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, it has everything you need. Easy parking almost at the door. We will for sure be going back!

The apartment is great, even better than the pictures. Everything is clean and freshly renovated and we have been wonderful. The apartment has a lot of heating and nothing cold. The only downside is the lack of coverage, but great for disconnecting :) We'll definitely repeat it!

Spectacular stay. The estate can't be nicer, full of trees and birds. Very quiet, all very comfortable, good amenities and extremely friendly and generous hosts. To repeat without a doubt.

The place of 10 but restaurants and everything else complete if there is no reservation does not eat or dinner. is it worth the place ? Yes. but book before going to restaurants and over, the bars at 4pm close and don't have until 7pm this is January 11 Saturday. I don't know if it will always be like this

The impeccable cleanliness, every sparkling nook and with a fresh scent that made it feel like home. But what really sets this place apart is the owner's kindness and hospitality. Not only did she welcome us with exceptional warmth, but she also demonstrated a level of service that is rarely found. We had a little accident and broke the TV, and to our surprise, in less than 30 minutes we already had a new one installed. Amazing! Definitely a place that we recommend 100%. We will be back without hesitation. Thank you for making our stay so special!

We loved the stay. The house was just as seen in the pictures. Communication was very smooth and we got answered all of our questions. Also, they recommended everything that can be done in the area. The house is spectacular and is equipped with everything you may need. It is ideal for relaxing for a few days, discovering the charming surrounding villages and taking routes. In the end, the stay was short for us. We definitely need to come back! Thank you so much!
