Vacation rentals with a pool in Vall d'Albaida

This was our second time staying at the house, and once again, it was absolutely fantastic. Olivier was very very friendly, attentive and really accommodating. Available at any time, uncomplicated communication and small gestures that were gratifying. Upon arrival, the expectations raised by the pictures were even exceeded! The view when entering the house through the terrace door directly on the pool and the sea were unique! A car on site offers the necessary flexibility and is definitely recommended, then you can reach everything effortlessly and easily (restaurants, supermarkets, beach, etc.). We would come back anytime and can only recommend Olivier as a host!

Villa Maribel is a delight. The accommodation is beautiful, tastefully decorated and well appointed. The pool is lovely and the whole outdoor area is great. Our host was very helpful and attentive. We fully recommend the place.

We have just returned from a week at Sina’s villa with our 3 children. We had a wonderful stay with everything that we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool which is an asset to the villa. The villa was peaceful, private & quiet. It felt homely & safe. The supermarkets, restaurants & beach were only a few minutes drive away with easy parking. Sina was excellent and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this villa and return to Calpe.

It was a wonderful stay. Easy to walk to bus. Pool was big a clean. House was well equipped for a gathering. The town of San Juan is small friendly and peaceful. It was a lovely stay

Fantastic stay as a group of 6 adults from the UK. Place was spotless, so modern and fresh. Great location for nice quiet holiday. 15 minutes in the car to the busy Benidorm if you want it. Supermarkets and amenities 5 minutes in the car if needed. Host was excellent met us on arrival and explained everything we needed. Only slight change would for the pool to be heated. Was cold as we travelled in September but we booked knowing that. Just a pointer for the property owners. Apart from that faultless. Thanks so much

Second year in Claudio's apartment and enchanted!!! We find everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, nearby beach and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and a charm, we will continue to see you!!

The apartment is wonderful. The terrace, pool, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are just as described. It is a 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest (great) beach. A big shop right next to the building and some nice restaurants in the market across the street, in case you don’t want to go in the old town. Bus stops right next to the building. There were small issues, but really unimportant: -central air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms but we just let the door open, -no coffee machine, just an electric kettle, but we boiled the water and made coffee the old fashion way, -the towels could have been newer, -we only had 1 key and had to organize really good for doing things separately from the other couple, -parking spot a little difficult to find. Like I said, minor issues easily solved or ignored. We had a great time, we would definitely stay in the same apartment should we come to Benidorm again. It is perfect for two couples or a family of four-five persons.

Lovely stay. Booked at short notice . Age very helpful and flexible with booking. Lovely view and balcony with morning sun and can hear the waves at night . Small 1 bed apartment but had everything needed. Lovely bathroom/shower. Short stroll to beach and all amenities. Altea is charming and picturesque.

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.

The apartment is on 10 floor is nice , clean, bright and quiet. Parking is not easy but it works. The sea view is beautiful and the beach is good too. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Dorota was always super responsive and helpful. I am not a fan of skyscrapers but it was really nice there, I was there out of season. Driving around is a lot of fun and fun, it's worth it. It has many beautiful places, parks , nature and small villages.

Hello Happy with the stay, the place was clean, matching the photo, well situated less then10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes to the local amaneties, very handy for a good stay.Happy to comeback and I will soon. Rebecca was very proactive and helpful.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Villa Rita was a lovely place to stay, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It’s sat in a quiet peaceful area of Calpe. Only thing that stopped me giving full marks from me was one of the shower sliding doors was broken and nearly fell off the runner each turn me the shower was used. Other than that it was a fabulous stay. We would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Rita.

The place is fabulous. Just as described, and true to the photographs. The house is located in a very quiet area, next to Natyleza. No noise of any kind. That is, the route to the house is sometimes a little long, but it is the price to pay for that tranquility. The deal with the Interim is very good, no one sticks with them. 100% Recommended
