Because it was my first experience with Airbnb, I sought to do a detailed search before opting for Ivanete's property. Numerous positive guest reviews were crucial to my choice. So I'm here contributing my feedback as well. The host is note mil, folks! She was very flexible with the check-in time, very polite and quick in the message replies. As for the apartment, what a whim! Very clean, organized, well airy, cozy and with everything brand new. Therefore, I recommend hosting without fear of making mistakes. Ah, the condominium is also very well organized. 😍

The apartment was like the photos, everything clean and organized. The only problem was that the toilet was clogged and it was not resolved the same day. I had to go without using the bathroom in question, the gatehouse didn't answer for me to help me and the host was traveling, so there wasn't much to do. But the other day he was considerate and fulfilled the obligation.

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

Better than a lot of hotel out there, lots of sockets next to the beds, good sleeping mattress, private bathroom, complimentary water, and lots of privacy, beautiful lamps, study space. When I need it, I'll be back for sure.

PERFECT SPOT!! I was very apprehensive at the beginning when I paid, I only credited when I arrived in this PERFECT place! People rent without fear, house very prepared to receive family and friends, all the environment has an air conditioning, the beds are divine, very well equipped kitchen, the lawn is beautiful, the pool/barbecue area is perfect!!!( ado the fact that owner Paulo helped us a lot, I just have to thank him for putting this place so beautiful to provide unforgettable moments for us 🫶🏽 Thank you again Mr. Paulo!!! This was my second time staying at this property, and again it was impeccable. Perfect for resting, in the middle of nature, in a fully equipped and comfortable house. I recommend it.

The house is exactly as pictured! We found everything neat and clean! The house is in a gated community, so it's super quiet and safe! Dona Roseli always responded promptly to all messages. It was well worth the stay! House with cable TV and Wi-Fi available to guests, good for those who have to work during the stay.
