The stay was very enjoyable! The host was very attentive and careful, making sure everything was perfect for our arrival. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, exactly as described. I would recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained place.

The apartment was just like the Photos, which for us is the important thing. While it clarifies the number of steps to climb to keep in mind that it is far from downtown and they must pass through a neighborhood with locals. We never had any problems with them, it's just descriptive so they know and don't get scared. A very quiet island. The place has an incredible view from the pool of the complex the very comfortable apartment with all the accessories, coffee machine toaster, microwave filter for water. Furniture and mattresses very good. Lucia was quick to respond and was attentive to the data we asked for both food and transfers. They contract the taxi forklift service, outward we didn't and it was a mistake.

The apartment is very comfortable and easy access to the beach. It is super complete, has air conditioning in both bedrooms, comfortable bed, spacious service area, parking space, among others. It was also well cleaned. We'll come back more often.

Excellent space, very clean, organized, exactly as described in the photos, hosts respond immediately, support everything not only in relation to the house, but tips and suggestions of what and how to do things in the city. Super recommend!

Ok . Come on. I already knew the condominium and liked the organization,peace, quiet and quiet of the place. The swimming pool is always nice and clean . Apartamento de Cézar is super functional, clean and much, much better than on the listing photos. It has air conditioning in the 2 qrtos, kitchenware, Wi-Fi, ironing iron, clothesline etc… Good beds, good shower. The beautiful beach 2 minutes from the flat, just across the street …. The night you need a car to go to the Guaimbim catwalk on the waterfront , as it takes a little on foot… I was very well received by Iza ( girl responsible for receiving and guiding the guests) , as well as Mr Jair ( resident of the neighbor flat).. super attentive and requested… Cézar super polite and helpful , always accessible to all needs… Thank you very much Cézar, for all affection and care for my family. I suggest making a loyalty card for me now , as I will definitely return at every possible opportunity ♥️

The apartment is just like the pictures, the beach very close by, excellent for walking, long and flat sand strip, quiet and warm waters good for children Elielza a lot requests during the entire stay. Ruin only the bumpy and dirty street, but it is the responsibility of the public authorities.

The condominium is beautiful, the apartment is exactly like in the pictures with many household utensils. The children had fun taking turns between the beach, swimming pool, playground and court. The beaches of the area are beautiful and pleasant. We passed an extremely pleasant New Year's Eve, without a doubt it is a place I recommend. Easy access to Morro de São Paulo via fast or conventional speedboat, the attraction is a 3-minute walk from the condominium.

Cleo's stay at it was good! The place is ideal to rest and beautiful. Cleo is a super friendly and very fun person, who from the time we got there until we left was on order to make it easier and help us with everything we need. It is ideal for couples or families looking for tranquility. It is 30 minutes from Morro, where you can walk or drive and where there is greater movement for young people and many places to go to eat and listen to good music. I highly recommend it and hope to be back again soon!!

Very good place,we had a great experience,I went with the family my 4 year old daughter and the walk for us was quiet, it is only difficult for people with walking difficulties, in the restaurant we love an ideal place for those who like tranquility, and it is cheap to know the hill and other beaches
