the six of us had a great stay here and would do it again. the location is great for exploring the good areas of the city, the beds are very comfy, and the host is very responsive. as a traveler and explorer, i highly recommend this place.

We recently stayed at Ana Belen’s place for 2 over a week and I felt at home. Beautiful building with 24 hrs concierge, the apartment is exactly as nice and the area is exceptional. Highly recommended.

We had a really good time, the place is new, furnished with great taste and attention to detail. Everything worked well, Mr. Santiago was very helpful and proactive. The area is delicious, very quiet, clean, residential, with the convenience of commercial services of both small and medium distribution and very close transport. Everything is comfortable and very well connected to Madrid. An extra feature related to making our stay also poetic was the presence of hundreds of storks on the rooftops of all the houses around. If we come back in the future, we really hope to find this place free again.

All good, small but cozy apartment. It can improve the cleaning. The area is very quiet, there are many shops and places to eat, access is very easy and close as an airport center.

It was a few days of vacation in Madrid and in the flat we felt like in our own house. The reception was personal, very friendly and with explanations of the house and the amenities of the area, as well as a whole detail in the refrigerator. Thank you. The area was very good and with all the amenities we needed. We will keep it in mind for future getaways in Madrid.

We had such a great stay at Cora’s flat. The neighborhood is wonderful and the apartment is extremely comfortable, well decorated, and well equipped. We would love to stay again if we return.

Great house in a lovely family friendly area. Very easy to get to airport and into the centre of Madrid by metro or bus.

We were very comfortable, the accommodation is in a quiet area and it is very easy to park, it is all very modern and we have been very comfortable, it has two supermarkets nearby. Very comfortable beds, with air conditioning, and wifi. Everything is perfect!

For the first time, experience the local neighborhood, although it is the first time to visit Madrid, but to live in a local area is also a different experience, it can clearly feel that the area is relatively clean, safe, relative to the middle class area, and the dirt difference in certain areas of the city really contrast, the design of the industrial wind is really bright, and a lot of materials are used for waste, you can see the host's insistence on the concept of sustainable environmental protection

Absolutely beuatithome sitting right across the street from the walls of Toledo. A short walk beings you into the old town. The house was close to flawless. It met our needs and was very well appointed. Host was very communicative and responsive even with our last minute booking! Plenty of space for a large group, kitchen and dining space can also accommodate a large group. Free private parking in a garage beneath the unit is also a perk, we were renting a Kia Sorento and were able to fit with a little bit of clearance on the rear lift gate when opened. The unit is on a main roadway however and getting in and out of the garage was not the smoothest, but nothing to be done for that! High recommend staying at Rocío's place and will certainly stay again if I get the chance to go back to Toledo.

Our stay was very pleasant in the house, it is very spacious and beautiful. Enrique was very attentive from before arriving at the house, he helped us with everything we needed. For large groups it is an excellent option. Sure we will be back in summer :)

Great place to stay, the apartment had everything you need. Elena provided a kids bed, chair and even toys! We had a good time and would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a very nice stay here. We took an Uber from the airport for 30E and it was easy to find. We arrived before check in, but the cleaning crew let us leave our bags in the apartment. The Royal Palace is across the street and you can even see it from the living room windows. We were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see during our short visit. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Wifi worked well. The laundry machine (washed and dried clothes) was easy to use, and detergent was provided. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked well stocked, and even had coffee capsules. Overall this apartment was perfect for our long stopover and we would recommend!

We rented Edouardo's place to visit the European University of Madrid and visit Madrid. I recommend this very convenient and good location apartment. Bruno

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was comfortable for our family of 6 (including 3 kids). It’s in an incredible neighborhood in Madrid, close to restaurants, shops, and playgrounds. It’s also close to the Madrid Metro and is in the heart of all the action. The host gave us many helpful tips and recommendations. This is definitely a 5 star apartment!

we were hosted by Maria's Mr. and was very polite and patient with us about the use of every home appliance, the location was absolutely amazing!Recommended for every airbnb.The oldest restaurant in the Guinness World Record is about 30 meters away, and the grilled mushroom shop is great next to it!

Our stay with Juan was excellent. From the beginning, communication was quick and clear, which made everything very easy. He was always available for any questions or needs. Their attention and willingness made our experience even better. We definitely recommend it.

We stayed with the family…two adults and a 21-month-old boy… Nuria welcomed us with great enthusiasm and explained everything to us. The apartment looks like the photos... very clean, very tidy, functional, equipped with anything you might need and above all in an excellent location for getting around Madrid. We also found (as requested) the crib for our Lorenzo. Staying at Nuria's was really like being at home! The environment was also warm and comfortable. If we return to Madrid, we will definitely contact Nuria and in any case recommend her accommodation to our friends. Congrats!
