It was a great stay at Vivek’s place. Starting from the pricing, amenities, ease of access, safety, clear instructions, everything was well planned from his end. The place itself is quite spacious and it felt like home away from home. Also, my daughter did enjoy a lot. Surely recommended for families, groups or solo travellers.

At Awas i have visted this property 3rd time. This is one of relaxed gateway. The bunglow is nicely maintained give you feel like home. The owner is always there to help and support. The kitchen well maintained and food served is of nice test. They have nice swimming pool, clean rooms, bone fire area. 2 km away from beach however you can see the vast sea infront. The property is quite and located at discreate location. A must visit gateway.

Aai Bungalow was a beautiful place to stay for the few days we celebrated the New Year. It's a large villa surrounded by flora throughout. The caretakers, Sanjay and his wife, were extremely nice, providing us with tasty breakfasts and lunches while also ensuring our privacy. The villa looks much nicer in person than in the images. The surroundings are very peaceful, making it a great place to relax outdoors as well as to party indoors with friends. Although Jitendra wasn't present, he was always ready to address any issues we faced and helped resolve them promptly. In conclusion, I would definitely visit again if given the chance and highly recommend it to others. It's a worthwhile option compared to spending an equal or greater amount on hotel rooms.

The property was just how it was shown in the pictures rooms were clean and nice pool was nice and clean. The best part about our stay was the very friendly and helpful care taker at the property made our stay very neat and good. The only problem was since the property is of atta vista the rules and regulations of stay vista had to be followed which were little unrealistic like not consuming non veg food not using pool after 8 and early check in chargeable (check in time is 2) all these rules were not listed at the time of booking but were send to us after the booking was confirmed which was little something that I was expecting but apart from that the stay and property was very good and peaceful. Definitely will refer to others

I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing place last weekend, and I must say, it exceeded expectations. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, and it truly felt like being in the heart of nature. The peacefulness of the area was remarkable, we could hear the chirping of birds all time clearly, which made the experience even more serene. The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping was spot-on, making sure everything was in perfect order. The host Amruta was always reachable, and very responsive to our needs. It was at a short walk to the beach, allowing us to enjoy both the calm surroundings and the refreshing sea. This is definitely the ideal spot to spend some quality leisure time with family.Highly recommend it!
