Felt like home away from home. We enjoyed our weekend trip to Folsom. And Ashley’s was responsive to our questions. One thing I would recommend is for the master bedroom is to have a door to the bathroom for privacy.

Nancy was a wonderful host and her home was absolutely perfect! Our group of 6 was able to relax and enjoy wine country without worrying about a thing. We had fun in the game room as well as the hot tub, and even had time to watch a movie. The location is perfect, both close to town and also secluded. The house is clean, well appointed, and extremely welcoming. We hope to be back to visit again!!

Roomy and comfortable home. Specific instructions for fireplace and kitchen appliances would have been helpful. Beds varied in quality.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Vikki made sure all accommodations and amenities were in place. We enjoyed and we will stay there again and highly recommend her. The space was excellent.

This place was a gem. My family and I enjoyed our stay during the New Year. We were able to cook a lot since they have all the basic kitchen tools we need. The beds are also very comfortable. The backyard was large - we enjoyed playing basketball and corn hole. Overall a great stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kathleen's beautiful Craftsman home in Roseville, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the house. It was just as lovely as the pictures promised, which is not always the case with rentals. The windows added so much character, and the overall coziness made it feel like a true home away from home. I was particularly grateful for how well-maintained everything was—the appliances worked perfectly, and the washing machine was not only clean but also had a pleasant scent. It was clear that great care has been taken to preserve the house's charm. Our family was in town for a basketball tournament, and the location was incredibly convenient for that. Kathleen was a fantastic host—very responsive and attentive to our needs. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. Accessing the home was a breeze. 😊

We were in need of temporary housing due to a flood in our home in LA, so we decided to head to Ripon for the holidays to be near family. Randi’s place was perfect for our needs and exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was meticulously maintained and clean. All of the furniture and linens were very high quality and comfortable. The house smelled and looked brand new on the inside and out. Randi was a great host and checking in and out was easy. My kids appreciated that there was a toy box with toys, books, and games in the “kid room.” The home was very spacious and the neighborhood was quiet and serene, with a cute coffee shop and a few restaurants across the street for our convenience. I’d give ten stars if I could. We loved our visit and will absolutely come back the next time we visit family in Ripon!

Collin and Bar where great hosts during our short San Francisco trip . The kids lived the Harry Potter themed places and enjoyed doing the daily Lego adventures. It was a convenient place for me to work and meet people and the kids loved exploring the city.

The Pacific was perfect for my daughter and me. The place had everything we needed, plus some nice pampering items in the bathroom. It would also be great for families with small children: a big backyard, games, safety precautions (ex. outlets had protective covers) and plenty of interior space. My only wish would have been to have a real oven. But it wasn’t truly necessary as there are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. You’ll find many suggestions and menus in the instruction binder. Shining and Devon were kind and very quick to respond. Good people. I’ll be back next time I’m in Alameda!

Roberto's place was amazing! We were really glad to get the chance to stay there. The unit was spotless when we arrived and we had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was great as well - walking to the park or to Valencia for meals/shopping was super easy and the Muni right outside made getting around a breeze. Check-in and check-out instructions were super clear and easy to follow. The apartment is just as quirky as it seems and was a treat to be able to live in for a week.

Such a beautiful spot tucked up on a hill - it was delightful to wake up in the morning to the most extraordinary view. The peaceful and extensive property is the perfect home base for a trip into wine country. The room itself was spotless, check-in was a breeze, and Lynn gave us an extensive list of recommendations for the area. We are so happy we chose to stay here!

This was my third stay and its a true favorite! Beautiful beachfront location and walkable to town for coffee and the market! A truly comfy and cozy apartment even during the winter season. Stinson beach is a special slice of heaven and I so enjoyed my stay while in town for a holiday party. Jeff is very responsive which is always appreciated. I can’t wait to come back soon!

Great apartment for our short two-night stay in Oakland. Hosts were very responsive and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. We would certainly stay here again next time we're in Oakland.

Renzo’s professionalism and quick response to all my questions made my trip much easier and enjoyable. I had a special request and he fulfilled my request not because he had to but because he wanted to. The home itself was amazing!!! Let’s put emphasis on CLEAN AND COZY!!!! I felt at home. I’m so glad I found this place and if I visit California again, I will without a doubt book with him!!!! Thank you Renzo for the amazing experience and hospitality!

Had a great few days here! Christina is very helpful and response, and the place has everything you need: toys & space & campfire for the kiddos, BBQ and great kitchen for cooking w/ the family, a great location for exploring some beautiful parts of Cali.

I can’t rave enough about this beautiful cabin! You feel very secluded, but you’re 1 mile from town! It was so clean and cozy and a perfect home base for our anniversary trip. Jeanne had great communication and wonderful recommendations for things to do locally. You had everything you needed to start your day (namely coffee!) and it was wonderful to relax at night. Can’t wait to come back

Going to Sonoma ? Stop scrolling. Book here now !!!This historic cabin was more than we could of asked for. Absolutely adorable. Very helpful Host. Comfy bed. Lush towels. Minutes from wineries. Stocked kitchen with added bonuses of condiments and spices, oil , vinegar , mustard ketchup. Etc etc.Which she manages expiration dates. Very nice when cooking in the cute kitchen ! Absolute bonus was the host provided a phone number of her local tenant who was willing to drive us to wineries for a small fee. Bonus hot tub. Outdoor space. Pool table. Etc. Absolutely recommend. She also Left a bottle of wine for us which was delicious. Would definitely go back when back in Sonoma.

Zen retreat in the redwoods - extremely calm and healing ambience The cabin is located next to a small audible stream and surrounded by redwoods, and just a few blocks from the lovely Mill Valley downtown. Amazing contrast of urban and nature, within a few minutes of walking. The Cascade Trail, Muir Woods and all of the Mill Valley stairways are within easy access. The cabin itself is very cozy and calm. The beds are medium firm and comfortable, with soft, good quality bedding. I slept very well as it as so quiet and calm. The separate office is perfect for remote working. The cabin is filled with design and little artful objects that add to the ‘Asia meets Redwoods’ vibe. Note that except for the office, the indoor seating is very low - Asian style - whereas the deck has a western height seating area. Highly recommended - lots of character and personality!

We had a fantastic stay at the Redwood Lodge! The location can’t be beat - away from the bustle of downtown but less than a 5 minute drive to all the action. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and eating majority of dinners at home - especially with all the wildlife coming to explore the property (deer, rabbits, turkeys, quail, hummingbirds). The beds were SO comfortable - we were very well rested, and the amenities could not be beat! We reached out with a few inquiries related to the property - Phyllis replied within minutes and was very helpful and understanding. Thank you Hunt and Phyllis for a great stay - hoping to make it back to Sonoma and this property again in the future!
