We felt at home in this villa. beautiful and cozy inside and out, very quiet outside, we enjoyed the view. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 10 min drive from Oludeniz beach. Our family is grateful for the comfortable stay in this villa🙏🏻

Excellent stay. Very comfortable for family of 9, with ages ranging from 2-50. Loved that each bedroom had an en-suite and the amenities were incredible. The sauna, Hammam, and 2 pools kept the family busy and enjoying downtime. Cevdet himself was an excellent host, kind, proactive, great communication, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay, you can find everything you need in the house, it was the most magnificent house I have stayed in for cleanliness, the location is 15 minutes by car to the center, thank you Mr. Şihar for everything.

Well kept cottage in the perfect location. Owner extremely kind and welcoming leaving fresh eggs in the morning. Extremely good value.

The host was very friendly and caring, you can spend all your days in the villa without even having to go out too much. The cleanliness was extremely good. The kitchen and household items were quite sufficient. There are grocery stores and food places nearby. The distance to the center of Fethiye is 30-40 minutes away. Finally, I would like to thank the host who brought us supplies from his house without being cold so that we can have a barbecue at night.

Mr. Mehmet was very interested, he texted and informed me right away when we went, he welcomed the house one by one, he told us how to use it, the places to eat and visit in the surrounding area, he said everything, a very nice place, hijab, and we were a little suspicious about the hijab with my wife, but when he left, it was very nice, I recommend it to everyone

Amazing location, the house easily accommodated 9 adults and 2 children. Immaculate sense of privacy, incredible view. Very courteous and helpful host who kindly answered all our questions. Definitely recommend this villa for families or a friendly trip. Important: In October, stock up on mosquito repellent!

Super villa with great views which was very comfortable for our whole party of ten people. The caretaker and owner were very responsive and considerate of our requests which made our holiday so relaxing! The caretaker also helped us arrange for a private boat trip, which was the highlight of our vacation. Very much recommend booking with the Kanyon group and will definitely be staying with them the next time we visit Kas!

Kagan was a wonderful host. He met us upon checkin to answer all of our questions and give us a tour of the rooms and amenities. He was also very helpful with guidance on things to do in the area and where to eat, taking into account our personal preferences. The house is stunning and homey. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need - we felt right at home! The only issue we had was some electrical outages at different points during the trip, but Kagan was very responsive and rectified each issue as soon as he could. We hope to stay here again soon!!

Arifé has an amazing villa that exceeded our expectations. And the host himself is very responsive and did his best to make our stay the best. Most of all filled a huge pool with clean water, deep, we spent there all the time. Nice grill area that can accommodate the whole group. Each room has its own private bathroom, we were a group of 8 people and everyone felt super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and 2 large refrigerators accommodated groceries for 3 days. The villa itself is a little away from the city, surrounded by greenery, there are no neighbors, so we were completely alone and could relax without disturbing anyone. At the same time, you could walk to the nearest store (20 min) or drive (7 min). The house has good soundproofing: you could sleep while the music was playing in the yard. I'd love to come back again!

The house was great. It was spacious and spacious. The interior of the house and the pool were clean. We were very satisfied. We had a very pleasant holiday with our friends. I would definitely recommend the house. There is only a very steep slope in the entrance way of the house, which was the only problem. But once you enter the house you will find it worth it.

Suzanne’s place was a wonderful vacation house for family reunion. We had wide age group from 5 to 82 years old and few teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay. Suzanne’s place was fully loaded for cooking a big sıze family we mostly cooked at the house, house is also 5min walking distance to the sea, we had morning walk to Kulube beach club and swim in the crystal clear Kalkan water. The place has so many private spots in the house , so everyone also enjoyed their quite serene times either on their private balcony or terrace. Suzannes place was decorated very tasteful, we enjoyed every spot, it had also so many books and board games for every age group. Our younger kids enjoyed the infinity pool did not even want to leave the the house. There was no dull moment, day trip to patara, kaş , kaputaş and kalkan cıty centers were also highlights of our trip. We certainly think Suzannes place for next year family vacation. It was a very suitable villa for large groups. The location was very nice. The lack of pool was magnificent. The design of the house was also very nice. The house was clean. The people were interested. We loved it and are planning to come back. 🤙🏻

Mines villa Bella mare is truly stunning. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos. Mine was so helpful and went the extra mile in every way, she was a truly incredible and sweet host. I spent my wedding week here with a group of friends and couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The infinity pool and top floor hot tub are an added bonus. The villa is perfectly located, super clean, beautifully decorated and arguably has the best view in Kalkan. So close to the town and local supermarkets. It was the best week for us all. I highly recommend staying at this villa you will have the best time.

It was one of the best houses we’ve ever stayed! Esra and her husband are very welcoming. And there is no noise from the transformator, it were birds and insects.

The host helped us rent a car, solved all the small problems and we went to check in. The road is beautiful, mountains, quiet terrain, fresh air and beautiful views. The house is lovely, has everything you need, swimming pools, sauna, beautiful views and silence. An ideal place for those who want to enjoy nature and silence from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Stunning Villa in Oludeniz. The main benefits include: - The Villa looks exactly like it’s pictured, maybe even better. - The outdoor pool is huge, and is a reasonable temperature. - The patio furniture provides an excellent chill out spot. - there’s another indoor pool, allowing for a more private experience - there’s also a sauna, which we used almost every day - all the rooms are of a great size and with lots of storage space and balcony space - the host is extremely responsive and can really help out with things like transport and local recommendations Overall we had an amazing time and felt like we were truly living in luxury for the time we were there. The only way to improve the experience would have been to have provided more amenities, like shampoo/shower gel/ toothbrush / toothpaste etc., Also bear in mind that it is a 10 min walk or so from the main road. But groceries are available through delivery and taxi options are easy to arrange. Thank you Serkan!

We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

Wow! What an amazing 11 nights we spent at Villa Narnia. The pictures don’t do it justice. There are 3 large double bedrooms, all with en-suites and fabulous terraces with spectacular views over Kalkan. The pool area is great and although there are villas around, it’s a really private and a lovely peaceful space. Great location with a short walk downhill into town which we managed fairly easily with a pushchair. If you considering villa narnia just book it! We had the most wonderful time. The villa has everything we needed and more. Thank you Selma! Thank you also to Nadat who was there to meet us on arrival and help us with our bags.

Although we arrived early, we had no problems at check-in, the house was thoughtfully clean and comfortable as in the pictures, the pool was large enough and clean. If you are a tea-loving family, be sure to take a tea glass and mug. The bathrooms in both rooms were spotlessly clean and had enough towels. We had a lovely time in the garden. There was a very large resting area. Whether you want to sunbathe on the sun loungers or drink your coffee in the seating groups. We would like to thank Mr. Mustafa for this wonderful stay.

The house was very clean and tidy. Bed linens were freshly washed. You can find everything you're looking for in the kitchen. The view is beautiful in terms of location and you can go to the center of Kalkan for 10-15 minutes. There may be cats in the garden of the house, beware of those who are allergic.
