We felt at home in this villa. beautiful and cozy inside and out, very quiet outside, we enjoyed the view. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 10 min drive from Oludeniz beach. Our family is grateful for the comfortable stay in this villa🙏🏻

Excellent stay. Very comfortable for family of 9, with ages ranging from 2-50. Loved that each bedroom had an en-suite and the amenities were incredible. The sauna, Hammam, and 2 pools kept the family busy and enjoying downtime. Cevdet himself was an excellent host, kind, proactive, great communication, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Beautiful stay. Immaculate, lovely views and well presented. Everything was so clean, it felt new. We had a lovely taxi driver, Yusef, who took us to and from the harbour (his contact was left on the fridge) it was a 5-10 minute drive (4/5£) very cheap and very easy to contact via message. The host had equipped the villa to a very good standard with everything we needed for our stay. A small shop was a 5 minute walk away down the hill with all your basics. Some restaurants by harbour highly recommend Chamilion, Nova, Luna, Doy Doy, Barahat. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay, you can find everything you need in the house, it was the most magnificent house I have stayed in for cleanliness, the location is 15 minutes by car to the center, thank you Mr. Şihar for everything.

Well kept cottage in the perfect location. Owner extremely kind and welcoming leaving fresh eggs in the morning. Extremely good value.

The host was very friendly and caring, you can spend all your days in the villa without even having to go out too much. The cleanliness was extremely good. The kitchen and household items were quite sufficient. There are grocery stores and food places nearby. The distance to the center of Fethiye is 30-40 minutes away. Finally, I would like to thank the host who brought us supplies from his house without being cold so that we can have a barbecue at night.

We had a lovely holiday at Okan's house. It was really helpful during the booking process and during the stay. The house is 10 minutes to Oludeniz beach. Just above the world-famous valley of Butterfly. It has a very large area of land. The pool attendant arrives early in the morning and cleans the pool. Every point of the house dominates the sea view and the spectacular sunset view. We've accumulated beautiful memories here. We will be back. Many thanks :)

Amazing location, the house easily accommodated 9 adults and 2 children. Immaculate sense of privacy, incredible view. Very courteous and helpful host who kindly answered all our questions. Definitely recommend this villa for families or a friendly trip. Important: In October, stock up on mosquito repellent!

Stunning Villa in Oludeniz. The main benefits include: - The Villa looks exactly like it’s pictured, maybe even better. - The outdoor pool is huge, and is a reasonable temperature. - The patio furniture provides an excellent chill out spot. - there’s another indoor pool, allowing for a more private experience - there’s also a sauna, which we used almost every day - all the rooms are of a great size and with lots of storage space and balcony space - the host is extremely responsive and can really help out with things like transport and local recommendations Overall we had an amazing time and felt like we were truly living in luxury for the time we were there. The only way to improve the experience would have been to have provided more amenities, like shampoo/shower gel/ toothbrush / toothpaste etc., Also bear in mind that it is a 10 min walk or so from the main road. But groceries are available through delivery and taxi options are easy to arrange. Thank you Serkan!

When I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, they brought me a 4G modem within 10 minutes without any hesitation. The villa was very clean; everything was shining and spotless. If you visit this place, you will experience real kindness and hospitality. The only minor drawback was the road, but if you want a heavenly view, you have to pay the price." Loved the villa - super clean and10 comfortable. Easy to get taxis into Kas centre. Brilliant to have 4 king-size, comfortable beds and en suites with every bedroom. Walk in showers were great. Pool and living space worked perfectly for our group. Merve was extremely responsive and accommodating - she kindly allowed us to store our luggage at her work whilst we waited for the airbnb to be ready (which was before the 4pm check-in time). The house was missing a few basic, but essential kitchen items (oven gloves for example) - merve arranged for the items to be dropped at the villa the next day. Thank you! Would highly recommend Kas. Great restaurants and brilliant atmosphere but loved staying a little distance away, where we enjoyed peace and quiet. A couple of logisits points - it's quite hilly, and a windy road, which isn't ideal for walking to the beach or Kas. Also, no shops at all nearby so make sure to stock up in Kas before coming. Arifé has an amazing villa that exceeded our expectations. And the host himself is very responsive and did his best to make our stay the best. Most of all filled a huge pool with clean water, deep, we spent there all the time. Nice grill area that can accommodate the whole group. Each room has its own private bathroom, we were a group of 8 people and everyone felt super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and 2 large refrigerators accommodated groceries for 3 days. The villa itself is a little away from the city, surrounded by greenery, there are no neighbors, so we were completely alone and could relax without disturbing anyone. At the same time, you could walk to the nearest store (20 min) or drive (7 min). The house has good soundproofing: you could sleep while the music was playing in the yard. I'd love to come back again!

Mines villa Bella mare is truly stunning. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos. Mine was so helpful and went the extra mile in every way, she was a truly incredible and sweet host. I spent my wedding week here with a group of friends and couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The infinity pool and top floor hot tub are an added bonus. The villa is perfectly located, super clean, beautifully decorated and arguably has the best view in Kalkan. So close to the town and local supermarkets. It was the best week for us all. I highly recommend staying at this villa you will have the best time.

The villa is very modern spacious and a lovely space to spend time. The pool area is peaceful and has a wonderful view. We had a toddler who loved the garden and play area. The beds were comfortable and the whole villa was very clean. We enjoyed using the bbq and outdoor eating area. We would definitely visit again. Tolga was also very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

This villa is lovely , to be able to have the outdoor and indoor pool is lovely especially in the evening the heated pool is great and sauna , well equip with all you need lovely location and views 30 minute walk into the main area of hisaronu but only a few minutes by taxi a market just 5 min walk away with all you could need also . Altugs help and communication was great from booking to transfers to just simple questions of area made the whole experience easy , thankyou all for a great holiday experience .

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Everything was spacious, clean, and the views were absolutely gorgeous. While kalkan is steep, a walk to the city center was doable. Daniel was very communicative and was making sure we were missing nothing. I would absolutely recommend this place for everyone.

We had a fab week at Tugay's beautiful villa, the pictures don't do it justice. It was an ideal size and layout for two families with two children. Pool is also perfect for small children due to the large shallow area. Tugay gave us very clear instructions to find the villa and was very flexible with both check-in and a slightly later check-out. He also sent recommendations for local supermarkets as we had some specific items we couldn't get from the local shop. There is a shop, beach and some restaurants a short walk but we were glad of the transport we'd arranged so we could explore the area further.

We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

Wow! What an amazing 11 nights we spent at Villa Narnia. The pictures don’t do it justice. There are 3 large double bedrooms, all with en-suites and fabulous terraces with spectacular views over Kalkan. The pool area is great and although there are villas around, it’s a really private and a lovely peaceful space. Great location with a short walk downhill into town which we managed fairly easily with a pushchair. If you considering villa narnia just book it! We had the most wonderful time. The villa has everything we needed and more. Thank you Selma! Thank you also to Nadat who was there to meet us on arrival and help us with our bags.

Although we arrived early, we had no problems at check-in, the house was thoughtfully clean and comfortable as in the pictures, the pool was large enough and clean. If you are a tea-loving family, be sure to take a tea glass and mug. The bathrooms in both rooms were spotlessly clean and had enough towels. We had a lovely time in the garden. There was a very large resting area. Whether you want to sunbathe on the sun loungers or drink your coffee in the seating groups. We would like to thank Mr. Mustafa for this wonderful stay.

Murat is great host. Everything was as expected. Great location, not too far from downtown if you are driving. The house was exactly what we needed for the holiday trip. Its got everything you need in a house.

The house was very clean and tidy. Bed linens were freshly washed. You can find everything you're looking for in the kitchen. The view is beautiful in terms of location and you can go to the center of Kalkan for 10-15 minutes. There may be cats in the garden of the house, beware of those who are allergic.
