Vacation rentals in Uvalde County

The place is bigger than how it looks in the photos. Very peaceful and clean place. No river in a walkable area. But we were 15 minutes from the State park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and deck were so Nice. Seeing the deer every morning and evening was such a treat. The massage chair was awesome. The hosts answered all questions quickly and were always kind and helpful. We hope to return in the Fall. Thank y’all for everything

This house is amazing. The outdoor are stunning. We had a great time fishing and hiking around. The hot tub is big and very relaxing. If you want to disconnect from everything and have a very relax time this is the perfect spot.

Overall, our experience was fantastic. The home is beautiful and conveniently located just 10-15 minutes from Garner State Park. Our host was very responsive and promptly answered all our questions.

The Old Utopia B&B was excellent for my purpose, which was to have a nice place to view the 8 April, 2024 total solar eclipse. (Unfortunately, at eclipse time, the weather in that part of Texas was not ideal; unusual for an area famous for clear skies.) The house was ideal, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms; giving me and my family a chance to spread out. There is an outdoor table & chairs which we used to enjoy the evenings, and an outdoor grill that I didn't get around to using (but wanted to). The kitchen was well-appointed. The location is ideal; just a short walk to a nice restaurant, grocery/general store, and the Utopia town square (which has weekend activities). And it's just a short (25 minute drive north) to the Lost Maples State Natural Area (a state park), which has some pleasant hikes and an interesting story.

We had a great time at Cindy’s place. It was a much needed vacation for the entire family. The house is amazing with every accommodation you could want. Our teenage boys stayed in the upstairs apartments. They loved having their own place with recliners, big TV and privacy. The outdoor space is awesome. We spent a lot of time grilling and swimming.

We had an awesome family vacation at the property. The pool was enjoyable for the kids and kept them occupied. It was just a Short distance to 7 bluff crossing, which is our favorite spot. Will definitely be back next summer!

My family traveled from different parts of Texas to spend our Thanksgiving here. It was absolutely perfect for our needs - big kitchen for cooking, comfortable furniture, bunk room for the kids, and a beautiful space outside. Tristan was really helpful with communication and even offered an early check in! We loved being close to Garner State Park for hiking, but also just enjoyed hanging out inside and on the patio. The outdoor fireplace was perfect for s'mores! Would definitely stay again.
