Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Utting am Ammersee

We had a wonderful weekend at the Ikarus vacation home. Already in advance, the communication with Roswitha went very well, she was always available and even offered to hand over the key personally. There was sparkling wine as a welcome drink. Great rooms, nice bathrooms (unfortunately the water pressure of the rain shower is not so strong), great views, the equipment is really perfect, a large fridge/freezer and in addition a bottle fridge, spices, oils, all kinds of dishes and even candles and spare batteries were available. We really didn't miss anything. We felt right at home, thank you for a great stay Roswitha.

The house offers the perfect opportunity to spend a cozy weekend or even longer. Such well-equipped kitchens are rare, there is even a pizza oven that we tried directly. Very cozy beds and furnishings. We felt very comfortable.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

I had a fantastic time at this Airbnb apartment! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The place was clean, modern and cozy, which allowed a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was ideal – close to many attractions and with good public transport connections. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made the whole thing even more enjoyable. The host was friendly, helpful and did his best to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Communication went smoothly, and all my questions were answered quickly. We really enjoyed our stay at the vacation rental. Everything we needed was there and we lacked nothing! Everything was super described and made the stay very pleasant. We were able to relax for 2 days and our dogs also got their money's worth! I would be happy to come back.

Mario & Nicole's place was wonderful! Very spacious and clean and in the perfect location. They are right by the water, so I even took a morning dip in the lake! We had an incredible stay at this charming apartment near the hills. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Waking up to the fresh, crisp air and scenic landscape was truly a highlight of our trip. The apartment itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all things one need for preparing a full course meal. Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy outdoor adventures (Skiing, etc..), this place offers the perfect balance. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and proximity to nature, making it a great choice for anyone wanting to escape the city for a few days. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Unterammergau or Garmisch-Partenkirchen area. We’ll definitely be back!

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

Stayed here for a few nights over new year’s and we loved it. The hosts (owners) are really lovely people and we found everything in the apartment to be great and well equipped. Just be prepared to drive as groceries are not so nearby. But to be expected with a location like this.

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

Michael’s directions were perfect. They made finding the apartment very easy, and the whole process simple. The area is quiet and peaceful, and makes for a great place to spend your downtime while on vacation. Michael had great ideas and suggestions of things to do and places nearby, and was always available for any assistance that may be needed. We are just sad that we only had a week to spend there. We would gladly go again. A very short walk to the tram line makes getting around the city very easy. We could have not asked for a better place to spend our time. I highly recommend Michael’s apartment.

Peter Apartments is a great place to stay in Munich. The location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk from the city center. The apartments are well-decorated, with only a few minor marks on the walls from previous tenants, which didn’t affect my overall impression. Additionally, there are three restaurants right outside the building, and they remain open past 9 PM—a rarity in Munich, based on my experience. I’m looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Munich!

Lisa and Julian's place is very nice and quiet. The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and equipped with everything you need for a carefree and pleasant stay. It was all super clean and we were even warmly welcomed with a small welcome pack of drinks and small snack. Although the location is very good and close to the main road it is absolutely quiet and relaxing. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the tiny house.

Everything is great! In fact, an egg-like Airbnb above the rooftops of Augsburg!
