Small peaceful haven on the shores of Lake Inari. The house is very functional and bright. The views of the frozen lake are beautiful. The center of Inari is a few minutes drive away.

Great cabin in beautiful nowhere with reindeer ! The amenities in the kitchen and the lighting for the winter half year were not quite as good. Water with sulfur takes some getting used to but is completely okay. Sauna works 1A/ once you have found the switch. Great winter fairytale.

Our stay at Minna and Jyrki's place was fantastic. Jyrki got us in contact with Minna and she welcomed us on the first day with a small tour of the house and with a lot of suggestions of what to do in the surroundings. They were always attentive to our questions and did a great job so we could enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend to stay there, it was overall great!

Wonderful stay! The house exceeded our expectations . There was lots of space for five of us and could accommodate more quite comfortably. It was well organised and fully equipped with everything we needed plus more! Brilliant for relaxing after days out in the snow! The area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for our stay. Great for viewing the northern lights, which we saw on several nights. Kati was an excellent host and responded to our questions promptly. She also arranged for clearance of the driveway after heavy snowfall. Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely place! We were just there at the wrong time. Bad weather meant we got no stars or northern lights, but was very cosy with the fire lit and still a unique experience. The scenery outside with the river right alongside flowing out into the fjord was beautiful to wake up to.

Hello, we stayed in the house for 3 nights and can fully recommend it. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the outdoor pool season for a limited time, but the sauna barrel. Good starting point for sights such as the North Cape. Best regards, Heiko

Frank's place is very special and beautiful, the earth house is very cozy and comfortable. It has all you need and is very clean. The host couple is very friendly and accommodating. The reindeer soup on the first night, by the open fireplace was excellent. We can recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Beautiful big house with lots of amenities

Olli and Eeva were very friendly hosts. Their cottage is located in a peaceful and lovely area, only 4-5 mins drive from Saariselkä where there are amenities like restaurants and a supermarket. The cabin itself is lovely with a well equipped kitchen, and even a sauna which we enjoyed a lot! A great place to stay for a group.

Wow, what a wonderful family holiday to Lapland! There was so much that made our holiday such a success, one great part has to be the beautiful lodge we stayed in, the location was great, remote enough to have peace and serenity but close enough to drive to Sariseselka town. Our children loved playing in the garden with all the snow, they also enjoyed using the sledges provided. The lodge itself is well equipped and has been designed to a high standard. The drying room was a massive bonus! Nina was very helpful during the booking process and happy to advice when needed during our stay. Probably the only negative thing I can say is there is currently building work going on down the road from the lodge, we did have one loud banging noise all morning, but apart from that it didn’t affect us. This obviously isn’t Nina’s fault as they are developing the area, I personally wouldn’t let that put you off booking this stunning lodge. Thankyou Nina

By far, this was one of the best places we have stayed at. We were looking for a retreat, a place to go to away from the crowds and where we could discover the country on our own terms. That is exactly what we did. The cottage was in a very peaceful location in the middle of nature. It was perfectly clean, and the kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens. We had everything we needed for our meals. We were also able to rent sliding snowshoes (or ski shoes) directly from Eeva and Ollie, which enabled us to venture into the woods and discover the countryside. And of course there was the sauna, the cozy fireplace, and the view of nature from our bedroom window when we woke up… A perfect dream place we hope to have the chance of returning to one day. Thank you Eeva and Ollie!

We had an amazing stay at this modern and cozy lodge! It was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Inge and family are fantastic hosts – super friendly, always ready with tips, help, or even a coffee chat. The kids were thrilled to spot moose, reindeer, and dolphins while exploring the North. The experience was perfect, and now we're only thinking of returning in the winter for more magic!

A very quality built cabin. Very well maintained interiors. Pristine location. State of the art sauna. For winter conditions, you cannot go wrong with this place. Every accommodation was present. Even for city dwellers this cabin was very easy to stay in and be comfortable. The host was always responsive and even arrive to help clear snow and bring firewood. The location was great. Reindeer, fish, and the northern lights are present.
