We stayed 3 nights with my family of 7 people. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and the position is great! Just a little walk to the center. The area offers great and authentic restaurants. The check in was smooth, Karina was great. The assistance also was reactive and we didn’t have any issue. Perfect for a group of people.

Eugenia was amazing !! She kept the place ready for us as we checked in much later than usual .. despite not knowing English she was amazing in communication and very patient and cooperative ! Place was homely. Very comfortable, patio and area outside the house is the icing on the cake !! Pool is amazing ! Overall definitely would recommend and come back again !! Loved the place ! Better to have a car if u intend to stay here but cabs not very expensive at all so Uber comes too!

We spent a week at Teresa’s place with our two children, aged 4 and 2, and we greatly appreciated Teresa’s kindness and helpfulness! The house is practical, located in a residential area about 20 minutes from Seville. Teresa kindly provided us with a small space heater, which was very much needed given the cold morning temperatures! It was winter, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool (note: it doesn’t have a cover). The children loved the outdoor toys and picking lemons in the garden. Thank you so much, Teresa, for everything you did for us – the kids are still talking about you!

Clean accommodation, quiet area, close to Seville, with plenty of space in the garden and well equipped. Yolanda was always very helpful at all times.

This is an excellent facility. It came as a recommendation from my son-in-law who had stayed there twice before. It’s probably the best facility that I have ever stayed at!

Property was just like the photos. Booked this property due to location, style and the hot tub. It was great. Had tea bags, coffee, oil etc in the cupboard which was very welcome. Would go back!

Our stay at Isabel's was great, the best BnB air we've done! the garden is peaceful, an oasis of freshness in the middle of the seville heat. the pool and terrace are very nice, the house is pretty, well furnished and pleasant to live in. the bedding is very good, and the house stays cool when it's 34 degrees outside. Isabel is a very nice host, because of her availability and attention, as well as her duque dog who was of good company for us and our dog. it's easy to park on the street, and the bus is a few hundred meters away, which leads to the metro quickly. We warmly recommend this listing, which we leave with regret.

Good location and the apartment has everything you need! You did hear the bar below but that didn't bother us. Communication about check-in could have been a little clearer.

I had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s place! Looks exactly like the photos and the family were very helpful and kind. No complaints whatsoever!! In terms of location, having a car would be really helpful but not needed. The bus and Uber’s are available but know it can sometimes take a while for an Uber. All in all def recommend if you’re looking to stay in outside of the tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay at Manuel's special house. We really liked this because of the architectural features. Our two children were very happy about the specially provided toys. Manuel was a very good host, especially the help with parking was very helpful and we were able to park the car safely in Seville.

We loved Eduardo’s place as it was very clean, modern and we were able to walk to several restaurants. He is also very responsive. We can’t wait to come back for a visit!

We loved staying at this house! Very well appointed, super comfortable, walkable location. And it has garage parking although you don't really need a car. We only used car for trip to Gibraltar. Fabulous restaurants literally around corner. Walked to Real Alcatraz, aquarium, exhibition site, gardens. Really wonderful place. We hated to leave!

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The location is truly unbelievable—right in the heart of Sevilla, making it super easy to explore all the beautiful sights and enjoy the vibrant culture of the city. The place is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A special shoutout to Raquel, our host, who exceeded all expectations! She was extremely responsive and went above and beyond during our stay. In fact, she even replaced the dishwasher on Christmas Day. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sevilla. It's the second year we go and we would definitely repeat, that if to enjoy it well you have to be two weeks, which then you want more. The hosts a love, we arrived before check-in time and as we had warned before they let us in without a problem. A magical and charming place 😍🤗

Optima casa, 10 min from Seville, well served. Very good communication with the host who was ready to solve all the problems that arose (including when we left the keys indoors!). Careful, clean and very pleasant house, as described in the advertisement, very suitable for families with children. Definitely must repeat!

José Luis, very friendly and close gave us precise instructions, very easy and quick communication. as anecdote brought us a TV for the room there was already one in the living room and at all times he asked us when I could leave it undisturbed. always look for your intimacy and comfort a 10 as a person. as to the incredible house, it has everything you need, everything works perfectly has everything it puts in the listing and the garden and pool area a luxury, very clean pool and large two adults with XXL mattresses and pool left over, we go a wonderful place, we spend more time inside the villa than visiting sites than we were. Monica's apartment is perfect for spending a few quiet days very close to Seville. The house is just as seen in the photos, large, beautiful, with a great porch and terrace for good weather days. Very comfortable beds too and impeccable cleanliness. Highlight that Monica also leaves amenities in the bathrooms in case you forget something, detail that is very assaulted!! Regarding the location, comment that it is located in a very quiet village with a Mercadona next door and about 15-20 minutes from Seville by car so it is perfect if you want tranquility for moments of rest but at the same time being very close to all the services. We have been very comfortable and would recommend it to everyone!

What a stunning place and wonderful hosts. The house is filled with warmth and details which makes one feel right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and overlook Olvera. One can have a full night of sleep without any noise: it’s that quiet. The hosts are extremely communicative and available whenever one has any questions. I look forward to coming back in the future for a peaceful cure of Andalusian beauty.
