Vacation rentals with a patio in Utica

Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

Lovely place, very homey and peaceful. Everything you could possibly need. Very clear instructions for check in, which was super helpful since we arrived after dark. Very convenient location if you are visiting Colgate University. Highly recommend!!

We love Bianka’s place, both The Studio and the Sweet Pea Suite. Comfortable and cozy. Bianka is a great host. We look forward to staying there when in Little Falls.

We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect for us and the house was really nice and homey. There is plenty of off street parking and the washer / dryer came in handy. Overall, a great stay.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

What a treat it was to stay in Monamin’s house. The surrounding area was gorgeous, we were lucky to visit during peak fall in upstate New York. The house was clean and comfortable, our host had even turned on the fireplace and heated the hot tub for our arrival! My whole family thoroughly enjoyed the house and the hot tub, we loved watching the mountains and night sky. We would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay. House matched the descriptions in the posting. Super responsive host. 8-9 minutes to downtown Utica. We were attending a 10 day sports tournament at the Adirondack Bank Center/Nexus Center and this matched our needs perfectly.
