Vacation rentals with breakfast in Utah

Jamie's place was perfect for my one night stay in Ephraim. Jamie was very friendly and flexible. Her responses to questions were very quick. The muffins and other breakfast items and treats are a very nice touch. Comfortable bed as well. I was skeptical of the small plug-in heater, but, it heated the place surprisingly well. If this place is available, reserve it!

Karissa's house was a cool and funky 100-year-old bungalow that was a cozy and comfy place to stay as we acclimated to altitude for our family ski trip. The neighborhood was quiet and the few neighbors we saw were friendly. The house had some great features like the basement sauna and a separate "she/he shed" overlooking a Koi Pond that was great for meditation. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Liked the off-street parking for loading and unloading our rental car. We would stay there in the future if we needed a place in SLC. If you require extra sleeping space for your guests, I suggest asking your shorter family members or friends to use the bedroom in the basement. The basement ceilings are a bit low for people over six feet tall.

Pamela's home was exceptional, offering a well-equipped kitchen with nearly every essential imaginable. Every area was thoughtfully stocked with useful items, enhancing our stay. The backyard was truly outstanding—we absolutely loved it. Additionally, Pamela provided firewood for both the fireplace and fire pit, which was a wonderful touch. She was also incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit, making the experience even more enjoyable.

We had such a nice time at Chris and Trish's place. It was perfect for our skiing getaway to Brighton. It was super cozy and cute, very comfortable and quiet in a beautiful neighborhood with a mountain view. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s over the years and have never had a host as kind and welcoming as Juanis! She made every minute an absolute pleasure. Her detail to making our stay as beautiful and relaxing was immeasurable. We had everything we needed to make a beautiful dinner and we all slept like babies. She is by far the best host I’ve encountered on this app 🙏❤️

We had a super comfortable stay at Star’s place! Love that she’s thought of everything possible for her guests, even to blackout shades for the windows over the bed. You couldn’t ask for a better host or location.

This is a great place in a great location. Good parking and amenities. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you need. Sounds funny, but it also had nice coffee making options, cutting boards and sharp knives! If you are using Airbnbs you know that is tricky.

Kept very clean and had everything we needed for our two night stay. Very convenient location to go to the national parks and snowboarding in Brian head.

This is an excellent place to stay with convenient transportation and amenities, and it's close to Zion National Park. The home is very clean, with complete facilities and supplies. Gerri and David are very friendly and proactive in offering help. I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity to stay here and highly recommend it.

We, a group of 4, enjoyed the stay at Mike's and Sherry's treehouse suite. It was rather cold outside, but the heating system worked like a charm and we felt comfortable right away. The place was easy to find and lots of descriptions were provided before and during our stay. We found the kitchen to be well equipped for making a salad with sides for dinner, as well as for making breakfast. Just what we needed.

This place was perfect for what I needed! It was very comfortable and the host was very responsive and helpful.

The star of the stay for us was the hot tub. We stayed at Jameson and Mindy's place for a ski trip. Having a hot tub to come home to was priceless. Apart from the hot tub, the place was clean and had everything we needed. The place has two rooms - one with a queen and the other with a bunk bed - that sleeps 5 people in total. There is also a mattress if you are a group of 6. Quiet area. Great host.

My son and I loved our stay at Heather’s! The location was perfect. It’s in a nice, peaceful, family friendly neighborhood but still just 5mins from the highway, main roads and freeways. They’re right next to a shopping plaza that has everything one would need from groceries to coffee shops and even a yummy dirty soda! We honestly felt right at home staying here! It was cozy, spacious, and even has fun activities for my toddler. My only issue was the noise from the top floor but that is a given since it’s a redone basement. But even with that we would definitely stay here again! Bonus perk is the breakfast items that are given! Heather was such a great host!

Kristin was very kind and accommodating throughout the process! The Barista Suite was such a gem with exceptional details put into everything from the coffee ingredients, welcome breakfast, and carefully crafted binders with what to do and where to go! Already planning our next trip back 🩷

We greatly enjoyed staying at Joy and Bernie's place, which was very convenient to Capitol Reef. Joy and Bernie were great hosts and gave us advice and recommendations about visiting Torrey and the national park in the winter.

This place is such an ideal! I did a three say solo trip and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Ellie and Heidi are amazing and I felt right at home. Will definitely be visiting again!

Awesome time, very affordable and lots to do

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Pierrot and the role staying at her place played in my trip. Everything from accommodating my special check in needs to helping me recover my ski pass code went beyond my needs and expectations. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else! I hope to be back by next winter! It was the perfect home base for my snowboard adventure. Thank you Princess P!

Lezlie’s house is lovely! Beautifully updated with high-end finishes, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and lots of space to eat a meal or watch movies. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Lezlie was welcoming and provided good suggestions for dinner spots and recreation. We would stay again in a heart beat!

Wonderful location, less than 10 mins to the Zion entrance ! We weren’t able to enjoy the scenary around the Airbnb for as long enough as we would have wanted but the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful . The breakfast coupons were Amazing perk ! Clean room, with good quality bathroom essentials . And easy communication with host

Esther made our birthday stay absolutely fantastic. Every little detail is perfectly done, the breakfast was incredibly delicious, and the whole place is very cozy. Definitely staying here again.

Ron's place was awesome and he is an amazing host. Anything I needed, Ron was willing to accommodate. He's an expert on knowing the mountains in the area after ski patrolling for 40 years and living in the area most of his life. I can't recommend Ron's house enough. It was a better setup than I even expected - all of the amenities were as described. He had everything we needed from boot dryers to glove dryers, the whole nine yards of what you would need on a ski trip. And on top of that, my dog was right at home and the dogs in the house were super friendly. I can confidently say that this was the best AirBnb experience I've ever had. I will definitely be back to Ron's house. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.
