We had a great stay in the pretty house of Penelope, very well located between Rochefort and Royan, and near the island of Oléron for visits (hiking, cycling). We would recommend this listing.

There's a superhost and then there's SUPERhost! Valerie is one of them, attentive, proactive, caring, always accessible and, with Stéphane, at the service of these hosts! In addition, Valerie is a walking guide, knows the corner like her pocket and will inform you about all the nice little places in the area, no need to buy Le Petit Routard, trust Valerie! As for the Villa Bernache, just great, very well located and furnished with great taste. Very good bedding, super comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, you feel at home. The street is very quiet and quiet, perfect for resting, and the villa is located 100m from a walk along the dunes, 50m from the sea and at the end of the walk, a small forest. A beautiful garden and all the outdoor furniture you need. A real little paradise in short! to be recommended, without moderation! Beautiful property, beautifully maintained... like the apartment, which is an outbuilding and is super clean. Obviously I highly recommend it I add that Janick and Josiane are charming and welcoming people.

Anne and Raphael are very welcoming and very attentive. The accommodation is very cozy and very well equipped, located in a quiet location but close to large cities where you can find everything you need and where you can take beautiful walks. I recommend it and if I need to go back to Charente Maritime I will go back.

You can book without second thought😉, Cindy is very welcoming and available, the place is quiet and everything is nearby. The beach is just across the road, the rental is clean and warm. We had a lovely stay. 😁

We are so excited for our stay at Barbara's place. Despite the weather worthy of a seaside:) we were able to enjoy the city center thanks to the location of the very cozy apartment!
